Nice label, instructions easy enough to follow and they even supply the iron on cover-sheet... but after 1-3 washes they come off (approx 90% have now)...complete waste of money and time.

Been waiting over a week for the labels. No status yet as to whether they have been sent or not. When I want to log into my account, it just says that it is not valid, which I know for sure cannot be the case. If I go to forgotten password, I also get one for my email address, but if I enter it, it says that it is invalid. I wanted to contact customer service but that doesn't work. Unfortunately it was my first and last order. Money paid goods not yet received really bad.

Very disappointed with the delivery service. I didn't get the labels and lunches for back to school. In the end I didn't receive the lunch box, I got a gourd instead and they sent me back the lunch in a different color because the original one was no longer available:-(

Frankly, I was very disappointed, even though I was very interested in this promising brand. Very late receipt of items, no information, automatic email response, always the same and misleading, no response on social networks to finally discuss with other customers who are in the same expectation or worse! Despite the lovely labels and fast delivery, I'm rather disappointed with the quality of the product. The iron-on labels peel off very easily, even though I followed the instructions to the letter. The object labels come off too, or you have to put a layer of tape over them. I finally bought myself a permanent marker, which is ugly but holds better. It's a shame, because the website is well designed, intuitive and easy to use, and the prices are in line with the competition, so they're fair from the outset.
