Product ordered on September 9 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered! I have asked for support several times and no one answers me! Absurd!

I still have not received my order and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed.

Gourd received with marks (28), the system came out of the stopper, I recommended a stopper at 8 minimum order price 9 so I took labels in addition to the final 14 order,,, I contacted via the site, by mail and finally by Facebook no response was sent to me to share my concerns, product not nickel and SAV zero, really very disappointed.

Customer service 0, speed 0.

Not yet received!

The deadlines were not met. On the website, the delivery time was 48 hours. Order received more than 10 days later. I had to buy from another site to meet my urgent need. Very dissatisfied. The least polite thing would have been to inform me or issue a refund. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a priority 🙁

Disappointed! The launch box broke after a week's use. Pressures no longer work

20 days ago I ordered my lot and they still haven't sent me anything, I call them and they don't answer my phone and they don't answer my emails....

I placed an order (labels for my son's kindergarten) from this site that after a full 19 days, 13 of which are working days, it still has not arrived!!! The support can only answer that it is not their problem, to be patient. I still have no idea when my order will arrive. I find it unacceptable to have to wait so long given the nature of the products they sell.

I am still waiting for the order and I have sent you 2 mails and nothing...

I never received my order and the only information I received from customer service was that my order had left on 11/09. In short, I don't have my labels and no solution. It's a pity because my first order on this site was a success, the second a complete failure.

After two weeks I still haven't received my order. They will blame the couriers: I only shop online, so this excuse is not credible. Never again!

Order placed August 28, labels shipped September 2: never arrived. I tried to contact the seller through the specific form on the website but never got a response. I will ask for a refund.

Item never arrived, poor support

They are not of good quality. I bought the thermo-adhesive ones and you have to put an ironing paper on them, which makes them look bad. In the clothes they deform and are like wrinkled. I bought for my two children and I will not repeat the purchase.

I still have not received an order placed at the beginning of September and I have sent several emails to which I have not received a reply.

Since September 3 I placed the order I still have not received it, no one has called me, although I have sent an email. Do not take anything here a scam. Today September 24 and without my labels....

We have not received anything! We are still waiting, I have phoned and they have no customer service. I have left messages and no one is contacting me.

Very expensive.the tape would break after a week.a 5 year old child does not have the strength to open the bottle by herself.

Unfortunately, I'm still waiting to receive my order after two weeks... I was hoping for a faster delivery time, considering that after two days I actually received emails confirming that my order was ready!

My labels have not arrived

My opinion is one star and because there is no 0. I placed my order on September 2 which was charged immediately. On the 4th they sent me an email confirming that the order had been placed and that within 2 to 10 days I would receive it. Well, to date I have not received my order. I contacted them via email and my surprise is that they send me an email like a robot asking me if the address is correct. I resend them the email and there is no answer, I contact them again and they send me the same email again saying the same thing. I call customer service in Spain and they speak in French. No tracking of the package or anything, not even a simple mail number to contact them and get information. I would like a solution please.

The adhesive labels for clothes, without iron, are single-use. They fall off the same day

I have been waiting for the order to arrive for 2 weeks and nothing, I have asked them by email for the postal reference number for tracking and they do not give it to me. I do not recommend

After comparing prices, we came to the conclusion that, on balance, the prices from the name label companies were the same. We opted for EsIstMeins because of the presentation, which was unfortunately a mistake. They advertised 48 hours - in small print: for production. The prices quoted were net prices, so TAX was added on top. The most annoying problem: production in France (although German contact possible/after a callback request). So far so good, ordered on Sunday, inquired on Friday (callback request was answered quickly): Had been shipped on Wednesday (48 hours?) and shipping from France would unfortunately take 5-6 working days ("Saturday is not a working day"). The following week: Thursday and Friday the callback request was not answered at all, no contact possible. Has now arrived on Monday. Labels are OK so far, but you should be able to expect that with a waiting time of over two weeks. Incidentally, I ordered from Stickerkids.de on Tuesday - they arrived in our postbox on Friday at a cheaper price.

I ordered the labels on the afternoon of September 13 caught by your advertisement promising some speed in production and delivery, we are on the 24th and still nothing arrives. Days ago I contacted you about the status of the order and was told that it was ready and would be given to the courier within 48 hours. I am disappointed and now resigned since I am labeling my daughter's things with the plumber's hose labeling machine.

I ordered 100 labels on September 11 and as of today September 24 they have yet to arrive! There is no tracking to be able to view the status of the order,I am not at all satisfied.
