I am particularly disappointed with this last order. Indeed, I had ordered it last year and the labels held well with the iron, but these ones stick directly and even after 24 hours, they come off easily... I really wanted the ones that can be ironed on. They hold and adhere to the clothing. So, I had to use the stamp I had... much less fun and pretty... What a shame...

The order got lost but the after-sales service was very very responsive by sending me the order back very quickly. Great customer service.
It's a shame that all the labels are the same size. Due to the size, it's difficult to stick them on pencils for example. Maybe there was a possibility to make them a bit smaller during production but I couldn't find out how to do it.
