I have not received my order, it has been more than fifteen days since I placed my order.

I placed an order more than three weeks ago and the order has still not arrived. I contacted them by e-mail and I haven't received a reply either. However, today I received an email with a quality survey, which is really annoying when the survey arrives before your order. I certainly will not buy again.

When it gets to me I will be able to respond, for now very bad experience.

I never received the labels

I was told two three days and I've been waiting for two weeks.

An order placed on September 13, today is September 24 and it still doesn't arrive!

NOT WORTH IT

How can I evaluate a product that I have not received? Order made on September 6, shipped on the 10th and here we are on the 24th and I have nothing. Mail sent and you kindly told me to wait until the 25th. We'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if there's any change in the postal service!

Still not received my order .

This time very bad, I still haven't received my order and it's been more than 15 days.

The stub with several labels is very good but it should have more heat seal labels. I received the stub two weeks after I ordered it, the delivery time was too long.

Not yet arrived!

I have been waiting more than 20 days for my order and I have called the customer service number and I still have no answer.

I am usually thrilled with this store but on this occasion the order has not arrived and I have no response and no idea what could have happened....

They are scammers. My order never arrived

I never received my order, after several reminder emails to which I received the same reply twice, informing me that postal delivery times can vary. It's been over 3 weeks since my order was placed!

It has taken 20 days to arrive, fatal!!!!!

I haven't received the labels and I haven't heard back from customer service... disappointed.

Having not received my order, I can't be happy! But I have to wait until after 5pm on the 25th to contact you. Which I will certainly do!

The delivery date was not met at all

I should have received the order on the 19th and I still do not have it, it is impossible to contact this company to find out where my order is, they do not answer the mails, on the phone no one ever answers you just an answering machine. The service is terrible.

I placed my order on September 3 and have not received it yet.

I had to make a request for the shipment of my order to be taken into account! Result almost 3 weeks to receive my order! I asked and I'm still waiting for a commercial gesture!

Box received damaged the sticker being badly stuck.the sav is going to send me back a sticker so that I redo the "work".shameful. Labels still not received and bag received late. My order is almost 1 month old. I will no longer recommend and advise against ordering from this site.

Delivery still not received since September 6

I placed the order on September 1st and as of September 24th it has not arrived, so the announced deadlines have not been met.

3 weeks late, order forgotten and had to be restarted, water bottles extremely heavy, arrivals broken and impossible for a child to close! What a disappointment!

Very long delivery time and do not match what was promised because you claim to deliver in 48 hours....

I only received half of the order

I purchased this water bottle for my son who attends the first year of kindergarten . Aesthetically very nice but despite repeated daily washings the water bottle always smells rotten !

Your site has bungled I am asked to renew the action of payment finally it was Passed the first time when paying so I paid 2 times 19th no refund! I'm an Atsem in a nursery school. Advise parents to buy this kind of label but cedt Sûr I will not advise them your site. Very disappointed!

Not recommended especially because the labels will never arrive even after shelling out 28!!!

Aside from the shipping being super slow (it makes no sense for them to make the labels so fast if it then takes two weeks to arrive), some of them arrived bent. I emailed them twice but they didn't reply. I don't think I would repeat or recommend it.

I bought thermo-adhesive labels to identify the chasubles of our basketball team and despite following the instructions (temperature...) they don't stick... too bad!

Bad purchases, the labels are too big to stick on clothing labels. In addition, it's important to know that baby labels are cut off for babies because they irritate them. When they're stuck on clothes, the fabric itself peels right off in the first machine. 10 is expensive for labels that are already gone!
