Clothing labels are not explained well enough

The printed lunch box was totally chipped at the corners on arrival. ... Air holes everywhere underneath . Even after contacting us there was no reply . Too bad for my son .

It is very inconvenient to transfer money to France, because I first had to be activated for this foreign transfer and then I find it very complicated with the order form and not knowing whether the order has been received and then I had to print out the transfer, scan it and send it to you by email. I have now tried it once, but it is too complicated for me. She was delighted with the tin, which I personally thought was very nice, but it was a long and patient process.

Delivery too long

The labels arrived promptly and were generally in order. However, I regret a deterioration in quality compared to my previous order a year ago: the pre-cut outlines were not perfectly cut on one of the boards, so the labels systematically creased or distorted when I peeled them off. The quality was much better on the boards purchased a year earlier.

The labels are superb but the packaging is not. I received them on a rainy day and they had taken on moisture, I put them to dry but the gift stickers are not usable, a shame otherwise impec.

Super quality and fast delivery.

We bought the labels for the second year, quality product, beautiful and durable. This year we also got the snack holder, looks solid and well made, too bad about the dull colors and not at all bright as we expected from the photos on the site. When the order was placed we tried to add the water bottle as well, but we were not allowed to despite the fact that the order had just been placed and therefore not yet shipped, too bad!

I ordered the normal ones to attach to the labels and I am not very satisfied.

The shoe labels are very good. I stopped using self-adhesive clothing labels because some of them came off in the washing machine. On the other hand, I was a big fan of iron-on clothing labels, but since I changed irons for one that doesn't set the temperature and doesn't burn the fabrics, they don't stick very well... do I have to heat them longer as a result? I don't know...

Too small for my taste

Error in the order. I received someone else's order. However, I should receive the correct order shortly.

My goods still haven't arrived after 2.5 weeks.

Very slow shipping over 10 days waiting time

I made a mistake, I received non-thermal self-adhesive labels. If not, I'd have had a logo, which isn't easy for an elderly person.

Fast delivery time! The labels for my baby are very cute, the ones for my little girl also but the figure we had chosen is missing...so we only received them with the name probably was a problem with the site because in creating the labels it made me choose the design to put but then showed me the label without...

Beautiful color and drawings, arrived very quickly and it seems q sticks well. I give it a three because some have already begun to erase the color of the background despite almost not having used the object and without washing it (the clothes for now keep the color) a shame because I love them.

Either I misunderstood or I didn't explain well but the labels I received are not for textiles but to stick on the labels of clothes ... as we cut the labels that scratch the labels are of no use to me 🙁

I was notified within two days of placing the order that it had arrived at its destination, but in reality it took another week to arrive.

I always find the products from Petite Fernand great. The website is quick and easy to use and delivery is usually within one week.

The labels we receive are far too big for the small items.

The product is good, not super convenient to open and close, but it certainly doesn't leak water and there is no risk of flooding the bag. Aesthetically it is very nice and my daughters love them. It deserves more than 3 stars, but unfortunately there is no way to know where they are made (you only know that the brand is French)...it lacks the classic Made In... and that is a bit suspicious.

Fast delivery, biel product packaged and protected. Quality to match. Please note, however, that the colors do not render as they do on the screen. For me, the red was more brown and the orange was red. A pity.

The labels are cute, but the price doesn't justify the quality. The labels peel off quickly and the iron-on ones are disappointing.

I felt that delivery was a little too long. What arrived looked fab but a lot of wasted paper to look nice. Save the trees instead!

The labels are very difficult to peel off the plates compared to the ones I ordered last year. I hope they will hold just as well.

Too many labels with first names and not enough with first and last names to keep track of everything.

Delivery time much too long, it is advertised that it will be printed within 48 hours, this was then confirmed by email, but the envelope only arrived another 4 working days later, so it took a week in total. As I was in a hurry, I would have ordered from a competitor. However, the quality is very good and the presentation with the booklet and instructions is great

Order not received after 10 days and I'm asked to wait again... I've already placed several orders on the site but I'm very disappointed with the way my latest order is being handled. I thought I'd be well within the deadline by ordering more than 15 days before the start of the school year, but apparently that's not the case.

Very nice labels for children. Doesn't hold up too well.

The labels are pretty but I received a promotional code just after placing my 2nd order (email received at the same time as the confirmation email), I felt like a fool when I was placing a 2nd order with 2 children on the way.... not so good in terms of customer satisfaction...

An error on the very first order! Obliged to recommend part of the labels and with no additional coupon, just enough to recommend the missing labels.

Quality not so good, contrary to what I received the first time. I don't find the printing very sharp and on 2 shoe labels there's a line as if the printer had run out of ink.

The product itself is good, but I ordered labels with two different names (and surnames), that is, they were for two children from different families, and I get everything in the same "checkbook", I can only give the instructions for use to 1, the other will have to take only the labels, and of course, the presentation is quite detracted so, I've been a little disappointed the truth.

I ordered a lunch box for my son and the personalized label is stuck on crookedly and makes bubbles... I contacted customer service for a refund and they offered to send me a lid quickly, but I've been waiting for 10 days already. I had booked early to get it for back-to-school and I'm afraid it'll be too late...

I received my labels for a kindergarten pack in a week. There were 20 labels missing. The site offers me a 6-euro voucher, whereas the minimum purchase on the site is 9 euros, valid for 15 days. I'm trying to contact the after-sales service, but to no avail so far.
