I can't just stick the names on paper They are not distributed correctly

After more than a week I get the wrong order, they tell me that they will send it correctly by express mail in 48h and it takes 8 more days, so due to the delay I have not been able to use the labels I ordered this year.

After more than two weeks I still haven't received my order

The order has not arrived yet, I am very disappointed. I had to put all the hand labels on the school things that will stay in the classroom and all by hand. What did I order them for? It has been 10 days since the day of manufacture and 13 since the order paid for. I am asking for a refund

I placed the order on September 10 expecting, as it said in the ad, to receive it in 48h. On the 13th they sent me an email saying that the order had been sent but could be delayed. Today, September 23, I still have not received anything. I sent a complaint and the response was that their shipping is not traceable. To wait until September 28. Beyond that date, if I still have not received anything, to contact them again. School has long since started, I don't need the labels anymore. I literally threw money away.

I ordered some labels on September 2nd and to this day I am still waiting for them to be paid for... I call and nobody answers the phone, as well as the emails, a disgrace.

The truth is that I am unhappy, because when I washed the garments with the label, many of them have unfolded.

Very i misleading the delivery time it said shipping in 48 hours and instead it is more than 10 gg that I ordered them and they have not arrived yet much to the disappointment of my child who was expecting them for the start of school!

I have not yet received the labels so I am not rating the quality of the product but the service. The problem is not so much the delivery time but the total inability, even upon specific request, to track the shipment. It is not possible to have a tracking number. A delay can be handled if you know the timeframe, providing otherwise in waiting, but only if they know the timeframe and answering 10 days is not reliable.

I'm very disappointed, I placed 4 orders, one arrived on time, the 2nd arrived after 3 weeks of waiting and a call to the after-sales service, I'm still waiting for the last 2 orders! That's almost 1 month's delay... for back-to-school gifts, it's a miss!

Adhesive thermos names do not stick well, and when washed they peel off.
