That they ship in 48-72 hours is not entirely true. I placed an order, and I spent three days trying to talk to them by email or phone. I didn't receive a response, and when I did, it was double and with different information. On August 28 I placed the order, on the 30th I received an email saying that it was on its way and that in a maximum of 10 working days I would receive it.
