Toilet bag looks more like a pencil case, it is not waterproof lined at all. Name labels I would recommend.

When I placed my order, I didn't see any mention of the fact that self-adhesive clothing labels only stick on the labels and not on the fabric. Since I cut off all the labels when I bought my baby's clothes, I lost 20 orders for nothing... very disappointed

Quality cup and water bottle, although I was not given the cup pouch that was promised. Very bad experience with the pouch, really poor quality.

More than 13 days and I have not received it

Very pretty labels but a little big I had to cut one to be able to stick it on scissors I had taken them for supplies and I find that a little smaller would be better.

Unfortunately the print is not good ? 2 out of 3 pages are rather bad! If it had been checked again before sending, then this would certainly not have happened!

The labels are very nice, but the order is badly detailed, I apparently didn't understand the quantity corresponding to the price... It was a surprise when I received it, so I was disappointed by the lack of precision on the site. Nevertheless, I'll be ordering again.

The first impression of the homepage is promising: everything is very clear and there are many design options for creating the labels. Unfortunately, it is not immediately obvious that it is not a German company. We waited 10 days for delivery and found out by phone that it was from France. The labels are ok, but not high quality. First and last time for us.

I'm very happy with the compartment lunch box! And the labels I ordered recently are perfect! On the other hand, the personalization on the fruit box looks like it wasn't finished properly, it looks like there wasn't enough ink.... It's a pity that the print quality from one item to another is so great... I don't know if I've come across the wrong batch... I recommend the site! Except for the fruit boxes!

The labels are good but the toiletry bag the text is written too small paraport a la trouce. I'm waiting for the gourd and the lungbox to see...

Problems with order arrival

Very pleased with the design and colors, but disappointed because the background patterns don't hold. At least on the shoe labels. Half a day at the market got the better of the background pattern. A pity. However, the name inscription has not moved.

No reply to my message explaining my disappointment at receiving my order because the coral shade of the labels is different from my order from last year and much greyer/terner. Do you think you can finally answer me?

The quality of the labels is great. I have not been very happy, because, it gave me failure to send it, and I requested twice, the same, because I appeared failure in the application, I thought, q had not been requested and I asked for it, again.

The labels are really large enough to fit pens.

The package still hasn't arrived to me. i sent a complaint already but still nothing. I am correcting the review as they finally sent the goods back to me and it arrived on time. I don't know grade five just for the wait time.

I received the labels more than a week later when you had said 48 hours, so my child went to camp without them.

Order not received 2 stars because I placed my order on 06/08. On 07/08 I was informed by e-mail that it had been dispatched........ My children left for camp on 16/08 and I still hadn't received my self-adhesive labels. I had to buy iron-on labels in a shop and pay again! When I called I was told that I had to be patient as my order would arrive ........10 days by post for Bordeaux - Paris! Disappointed with my purchase.

Your site no longer works on my computer, although I am on google chrome, I had to move to a digital space to place my order. The rest is fine.

Pretty label but not what I was looking for for my clothes

The first order went well, and I received the labels within 48 hours. Now that I live abroad, a short trip to France is all it takes to get my order delivered! This year, my August 1st order hasn't arrived to date, so I've been waiting 17 days... It's a pity I can't contact you by phone if I live in a country where some French sites don't deliver at all, so it's difficult to cancel or understand the problem. My little ones will be disappointed for their first day of school as they had chosen their own labels... Will we do things differently this year? Have a nice day.

I love your colors but the labels are too big and not enough choice of writing and for the price there are not enough labels I took a batch to my son for school but I will have to recommend because not enough.

Delivery takes too long

I have purchased labels for all different uses many times over the past 3 years, and I have found the quality gradually deteriorating. In particular, the durability of the thermoadhesive applied labels has significantly decreased, and already by the second wash they begin to peel off the fabric. Even the labels to be applied in the shoes come off after a while, which did not happen before even after washing in the washing machine. The aesthetics always have high standards, and this allows the product to maintain at least an acceptable rating.

Thank goodness my town is small and we all know each other because my order did not arrive at the address I put but to someone else who knew me and had it delivered to my house, otherwise I would have lost my labels.

Hello, I have always ordered from your site. However, I am disappointed with my last order of self-adhesive labels. You must have changed the material. They're much thinner and it's hard to peel them off. They crease, etc. I prefer the old ones. Sincerely

I have not received my order

I'm very disappointed with my purchase as my labels arrived protected in a simple paper envelope and given the weather during delivery, everything was soaking wet. That said, the labels are pretty.
