It says that for iron-on labels you have to use the greaseproof paper supplied, but I didn't receive it and had to buy a roll at the supermarket! Not very serious!

The lunch box is very complete but I had a problem with the lid because the printing was not quite right and they sent me a new one but with broken tabs. So I have been offered to change the tabs from one lid to another. Maybe I was unlucky.

I was a little disappointed when the booklet containing the stickers said that the fabric stickers only stick to the labels on the clothing. This wasn't 100% clear when I bought them and that's why I only ordered them here.

Easy to iron onto clothing. But unfortunately, 1 in 3 labels come off.... Too bad, because they're really pretty...

Shipping was relatively quick and the glues turned out great. The children like them and so far everything is still sticking. We are satisfied Thank you.

The stickers arrived at home quite quickly and were also clearly stapled together in a small booklet. Unfortunately, however, the color on some of the stickers was not printed correctly and evenly; there are streaks on them. This can of course happen during printing, but it still doesn't look very nice. The instructions also state that you should use a transparent protective film to stick the stickers on the shoes. This is not included in the booklet and I have still not received an answer to my question by e-mail to the customer center. In my opinion, not very good customer service and therefore only three stars!

80% of labels not conforming to validated visuals. Disappointing, since our name is not clearly legible and, as a result, I'm not going to use them. The after-sales service only offered a commercial gesture rather than remake them. I will not use this service again. The service response below is not correct. What I validated before payment was the same writing except that when printing you put a different weight which changes the space between the letters. Please show some good faith or learn the basics of typographical rules!

Iron-on labels on clothes don't adhere well and tend to peel off after the first wash. Shoe labels also crumble quickly.

Superb labels, received quickly and the booklet is well thought out, you don't lose the labels, great explanations, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Was a bit disappointed with the strength of some colours - lime green on pale blue doesn't stand out very well as with red on black, surprisingly!

I find it a delay that my order has to be returned for "incorrect address" when the address is correct. The normal thing to do is to contact the recipient before making a return, especially when it is long distance. Maybe this is a problem to be solved with the courier company? Also, it was not possible for me to use a discount code, it gave me an error. As for the ordered material, I am counting on it to be good and very nice, I have not seen it yet (and what I have left...), I already ordered some labels a couple of years ago and they arrived with excellent presentation and very nice.

The stickers for clothes etc. are very nice, but definitely smaller than I thought. You can hardly read the writing in particular because it's so small.

Speed is a good thing, but too much speed can also be a drawback: you can't change the order quantity because the e-mail sent the same day was processed after the order was placed... so you're more expensive than your French competitor...too bad. Having said that, the labels are very pretty (more choice) and conform to what was presented.

1st wash and no more labels on my daughter's clothes... At 32 euros for a camp kit...it's not a good deal. Too bad, because the labels are pretty.

The cap on the isothermal bottle is not very practical. What's more, the closure often pops off.

I bought it on July 29th and as of August 14th I still haven't received it, it said 2-10 working days but some more have already passed, I hope that at least when I get it I like it .........

Always been satisfied, a little disappointed with my last order. There is a defect on all the labels.

Nice label. I took the one for objects and the one for clothes with the iron. I've already labeled a few to see if they hold up over time with machine washings.

As usual, the labels came out very well, as per my request, but due to an error on my part I was unable to rectify my order despite my complaint within minutes of placing my order. In view of the size of my order (75), a commercial gesture would not have been out of place, but the response from the sales department did not express any desire to do so, a real shame.

The clothing labels are very difficult to stick on with an iron, I'm disappointed, now we'll see how long they last.

Wrong choice of typeface, pencil labels not legible enough. But good quality, last year's labels have not changed.

I find the quality average and not as good as two years ago. Same product bought two years apart, the label is badly stuck (personalized lunch box). I asked for the product to be changed, which was done quickly and without any fuss. But I still find that the quality is not as good (label showing, sticking out). Otherwise good lunchbox, pretty.

I still haven't received the shipment a week later!

Unfortunately, the adhesive labels come halfway off again after washing and don't hold properly. However, they look very nice.

I once ordered the stickers (kindergarten and school set) which unfortunately did not arrive with the other items. However, I was assured that they would be sent later! The lunch box was unfortunately not so nicely glued to the lid. However, I was also assured that a new lid would be sent! The design of the bottle is great but a bit difficult for my almost 3-year-old daughter to open! The layout of the lunch box is great and the print is unfortunately a bit pale (contrary to my expectations)! I'm looking forward to the stickers and the replacement lid!

The iron-on labels attached well to the clothes. But after a week in the colony, many of the labels didn't hold and peeled off.

Labels don't stick to every garment

Very fast. Several payment methods available. The only downside was that when I placed my order, I was offered 30% off the next day.

I am waiting for news of my order which has been shipped and still not received.

Very nice products as always, both the labels which is already the third time I take, and the personalized flasks, although I think they are a bit expensive and especially I find it ugly that the equal colored cap is separate and costs an additional 8 euros, the shipping this time took more than a week and so my children left for the mountain without the flasks

The box is beautiful and practical, but the gourd is very difficult to close, almost impossible, and we don't know if they can be put in the dishwasher.
