I have used Petite-Fernand for about 4 years now, the website is easy to use, there are a good choice of designs, colours and fonts to choose from. The product is reasonably priced, and delivery is usually within a week or order, but what I'm most impressed with is the quality, they stick straight on to labels, bags, shoes etc. Have never come off until I've wanted them to, they don't leave any marks etc. when removed. They go through the wash and tumble dryer with no problems at all. I have told all my mum friends about Petit-Feenand too. Look out for discount codes on Instagram, as they are always generous. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery, nice booklet of labels, some are too big for the size of the clothes but otherwise quite satisfied.

What's more, you can buy small quantities here and not just large quantities as with other suppliers. I am very satisfied

Quality labels and perfect graphics. I also purchased the very well made and quality snack holder.

The products are nice, but for the second year in a row I find myself losing my shipment because an email is not sent with directions to track the package (despite the order containing more than just labels).

The products and quality are great, very good. The problem is that they take a long time to deliver the orders and on top of that they work with Correos for the shipments. Where I live, the Correos don't even bother to try to deliver the package and have it directly in the office to go pick it up without warning or notifying anything. They are open 3 hours a day and you have to wait in line for half an hour to be served. They should work with another parcel delivery agency that is more professional, effective and serious.

High quality product, very pleased with the labels both stick on and iron on. Labels used for relative in nursing home. Very pretty. Very prompt service labels delivered sooner than expected. Only draw back which was my fault, I didn't order enough labels first time so had to place a second order which is a very expensive mistake. Order more labels than you think you need.

I only received a plate of 10 labels and I had ordered 70. A mistake in my opinion.

I'm very satisfied but I can only put 4 because I had a lot of labels that had trouble coming off and were therefore damaged and impossible to re-stick...

Hello, 2nd order on the site, I remain satisfied, even if I would have liked to have more iron-on labels for clothes (I specify that I took a pack back to school primary).

I have not received anything yet, but I understand the delay due to COVID issues and the company has responded quickly and fairly.
