I still haven't received anything after 2 weeks

Order arrived after two weeks instead of 2/3 days

I ordered over 40 euros worth of labels on September 8, 2019. As of September 21, I know nothing about the order, already paid, but I receive a request to review the purchase. Embarrassing. Second week of school starts and we do not have the labels paid regularly.

Nefasta gestión, not only I did not get the order but they do not want to refund the amount charged to my account. Regrettable.

Order never arrived. They do not respond to emails. I do not recommend it

I'm gutted that this sticker can't stick on the direct on to clothing. Some clothing like tights have no labels. Gutted.

It is not Possible for me to do any kind of review because as of today I have not yet received the order

The labels ordered arrived after 10 days. the water bottle ordered with the labels, after 20 days after the order must ancira arrive. kind regards.

Delivery time too long!!!

I never received my order. So my evaluation is extra negative.

We still haven't received the labels we ordered at the beginning of Sept.

Order placed on September 2nd and it is now the 20th and I still have not received it. When I ask what happened, they give responsibilities to the delivery company very badly... I will not order more orders with them.

Labels received late, customer service unreachable the first week of September, the labels received had drooled: they were fortunately replaced.

Ordered on September 4, 2019 but never received so inevitably unhappy! A reissue of the labels is planned. Waiting to see...

Very bad experience. I placed an order on September 1st and I still haven't received the labels (it's already September 21st).

More than 12 days for delivery

The product is presented very well and the quality does not disregard expectations. Slow though the preparation for shipping is the delivery. I didn't get to have Nathan arrive on the first day of school with his labels. Very sad.

School has started, I ordered for my daughter and one of her little friends. I have been waiting for both for more than 10gg. At the first request for tracking number I was told that it could not be provided. Two other reminders to ask where the goods were were not answered. To date I have no tags and no response. Very bad.

You do not meet the deadlines, you have my money and the order has not arrived. Misleading advertising, fraud. Give me my money back

A month that I ordered labels and still haven't received them. I have already sent four emails x clarifications and never got a response. A real shame

Very disappointed. Iron-on labels come off in the first wash... Terrible customer service. Very bad experience.

After 15 days I still have not received my order, I have already solicited but no response. I think I will buy the label printer at least I am sure that in due time I will get what I need . Very bad service.

Order not yet received since end of August

It's been more than three weeks since I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived, and the only information I have received is that it came out when it was due and that they don't know why it hasn't arrived. In short, I have paid for an item that I have not received and the customer service is terrible.

I loved the look for the products but they don't last on the clothing once ironed on they are fine for a few wears then wear off

If the postal service is so poor, orders should be sent by courier.

I have ordered twice the producer and it has never arrived. I have sent an email asking for a refund and I have not heard anything.

I placed the order on September 1st and I have not received it yet. They do not comply with the propaganda on the website where they promise that the maximum delivery time is 12 days.

I purchased a mug mug and with that price I honestly expected better service. Delivery arrived 10 days late and only after my reminder. In response to my reminder I am informed that the bag was missing so they had waited convinced that everything would arrive. Clearly only the mug mug arrived...what about the bag!!!? Greetings Fabio
