Very bad experience. I placed an order on September 1st and I still haven't received the labels (it's already September 21st).
More than 12 days for delivery
The product is presented very well and the quality does not disregard expectations. Slow though the preparation for shipping is the delivery. I didn't get to have Nathan arrive on the first day of school with his labels. Very sad.
School has started, I ordered for my daughter and one of her little friends. I have been waiting for both for more than 10gg. At the first request for tracking number I was told that it could not be provided. Two other reminders to ask where the goods were were not answered. To date I have no tags and no response. Very bad.
You do not meet the deadlines, you have my money and the order has not arrived. Misleading advertising, fraud. Give me my money back
A month that I ordered labels and still haven't received them. I have already sent four emails x clarifications and never got a response. A real shame
I placed the order two weeks ago. No label delivered. Meanwhile, school started and I had to remedy otherwise. I don't know what to do with those anymore, if they ever arrive!!!

After 15 days I still have not received my order, I have already solicited but no response. I think I will buy the label printer at least I am sure that in due time I will get what I need . Very bad service.
Order not yet received since end of August
It's been more than three weeks since I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived, and the only information I have received is that it came out when it was due and that they don't know why it hasn't arrived. In short, I have paid for an item that I have not received and the customer service is terrible.
I loved the look for the products but they don't last on the clothing once ironed on they are fine for a few wears then wear off
It's been two weeks since my child started school and my order has still not arrived. I have had to buy the labels from another company, but I can no longer cancel it, and I am still waiting for other products such as the personalized bottle. If the postal service is so poor, orders should be sent by courier.
I have ordered twice the producer and it has never arrived. I have sent an email asking for a refund and I have not heard anything.
I placed the order on September 1st and I have not received it yet. They do not comply with the propaganda on the website where they promise that the maximum delivery time is 12 days.
I purchased a mug mug and with that price I honestly expected better service. Delivery arrived 10 days late and only after my reminder. In response to my reminder I am informed that the bag was missing so they had waited convinced that everything would arrive. Clearly only the mug mug arrived...what about the bag!!!? Greetings Fabio
Shipping too slow
It arrived much later than what they say on their website. I didn't have time to mark my son's clothes because he left for boarding school without the labels arriving.
No tracking of the parcel. Shipped within 48 hours but received in over 2 weeks and still nothing. Responses to numerous complaints: automatic messages not adapted to the situation/question asked.
Very late delivery and no control over the tracking of the order once it has been shipped.
Ordered on Sept. 2 it said it would arrive within 48 hours instead still nothing....and we are on Sept. 20

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and I still have not received an answer and if I do not write to them they do not speak to me and very well they discounted my money and I am still waiting for the product. It is for my son's school and the child has been there for almost 2 weeks and the stickers have not arrived yet.
Parcel sent on 06/09, it's now 20/09 and still nothing despite requests/complaints.

Your customer service is deplorable. Very long or non-existent response, unsuitable proposed solution. I'm still waiting for a reply! My gourd arrived a little damaged, I ask for an exchange or just to be told that if it becomes unusable it will be exchanged... very long reply offering to reimburse me the fdp ??????? And no reply since!!! To follow up on your reply to my comment: no, she just told me to put varnish on the gourd... it's unheard of at this level, I don't even know what to say anymore!
The products are good. This is the second time I have ordered in three years, and like the first time, they have taken a very long time to deliver. It seems to me that especially taking into account the offer of other brands, it is something that plays against them. The shipment is in a letter, so it is unjustifiable that they take more than a week to deliver. It's a pity but I will not order from Petit Fernand again.

Order shipped to an old address (although it had been correctly modified). To date, the order is untraceable, and still not received. No commercial gesture.
