Delivery times a little long for Belgium

I wasn't expecting such big labels to put on the pencils...but the labels for the notebook protectors are nice...for the felt-tip pens I was expecting thinner ones.

Very good product

I was very disappointed with my order. The decorative film on one of the two snack boxes I ordered bubbled up and peeled off. It's a shame, I order every year and have never been disappointed before.

The first batch (shoe labels) was badly centered (but the after-sales service worked well, as it returned the correctly printed batch). The 2nd batch (sticky clothing labels) is written much too small (cursive)... too bad.

In itself, the idea of personalized gifts is great and the design of the products on the website is easy to use. But unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the quality of one product! The drinking bottle is fine and I would recommend it. I don't like the lunch box at all. The color is very different and the printed foil has air bubbles, which makes me doubt the durability.

We received the labels very quickly. The booklet includes very useful instructions. The labels conform to our order.

I've been a loyal customer for years, and I had a problem for the 1st time: the dolphin chosen by my son on the larger labels didn't come out ... he's a bit disappointed, whereas his brother's turtles are superb. It's a shame ... he won't have a drawing now.

Disappointed. 2 years ago, I had the labels made for my daughter. They were perfect. This year, I'm having my son's made for his 1st school year and there are lots of white lines on the labels.

Very good fast service

Very good quality but I was expecting 2 booklets as it was for my 2 children and labels with their names as a bonus instead of the palm tree stickers, which are very pretty but will never be used.

Colors less pretty than on the site. But super fast and well done.

Labels as described but shoddy delivery. Package opened and taped up again and delivery late.

I have always bought from another website, but this time I bought from this one because the designs are very nice. The website is very nice, but the price is a little more expensive than I am used to. I had a problem and they solved it over the phone, but it's been almost a month since I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived. I have contacted them by email but have not received a reply.

I bought thermo-adhesive labels, they corresponded to my order, they are pretty, aesthetic and easy to stick (with the iron, impossible to stick on socks even in cotton) But after one wash, a large number of the labels partly came off. On the second wash, the phenomenon became more pronounced. Some came off the boxer shorts with the child's perspiration.

Expensive for the quantity, but good quality.

Great quality. Bright and lovely stickers. Wonderful presentation in a booklet form so it's easy to store. Just found it bit expensive for stickers

The product is very good, but taking 15 days to receive a standard order seems too long to me.

Excellent feedback on the non-receipt of the package, absurd that it is sent by untraceable mail, also because by entrusting delivery to the post office the time is always relative.

The product seemed very interesting but after a first wash at 40° most of the labels were gone.

Expedition too long

Delivery was fast and the iron-on labels are very pretty (not yet tested), but the lunch box is full of bubbles and the personalized stickers aren't stuck on properly. Too bad

Delivery time not respected. Despite calls and emails. I had to run to the stores at the last minute to find the same kind of product, and again I had to write my daughter's name by hand. All of which took me an incredible amount of time. And I could have spent that time with my (sick) daughter, who was going to Switzerland with a medical team. For that reason alone, I'll never order from you again. Have a nice day!

Attractive.labels. No.problem.with.those.for.objects. But the iron-on ones come off. Despite the recommendations: 24 hours without touching them, iron at the right temperature...I am very disappointed and will not recommend this site again!

Fast, easy ordering. Website could be improved, especially the choice of illustrations in relation to the label format. Customer service unreachable by phone and within a day by e-mail.

The iron-on labels are peeling off one after the other! So I tried to contact someone on Instagram who asked for my email etc which I gave her, then no reply so pretty disappointed!!!

Hello I unfortunately received the labels too late, my son had already left for camp. Rather disappointed

I've been ordering for several years now at the start of each new school year, and find the site very well designed and easy to order. I've always been satisfied with the labels and the fast, careful delivery. But this time, I'm disappointed with the rendering, I had chosen the color red for the writing on a black background, it looked very good on the visual of the site but on the labels the red is actually brown. Too bad, it's much less pretty.

Labels don't always adhere well to garments, and some peel off depending on the material. Good rendering and short delivery time

Thermostatic labels, after washing, come off.

A quarter of the labels stuck on clothes with an iron came off when the clothes were washed for the first time.

Good afternoon, I am sorry to give a three but I received the wrong order and thanks to my complaint it was corrected. I don't know where the error was but by data protection law I don't think anyone should have my stickers because of a packaging error. I hope they improve the shipping chain. Regards

No worries about order compliance and fast delivery. On the other hand, the self-adhesive garment labels are not sufficiently preoccupied. So we had to get out the scissors?
