It arrived much later than what they say on their website. I didn't have time to mark my son's clothes because he left for boarding school without the labels arriving.

No tracking of the parcel. Shipped within 48 hours but received in over 2 weeks and still nothing. Responses to numerous complaints: automatic messages not adapted to the situation/question asked.

Very late delivery and no control over the tracking of the order once it has been shipped.

Ordered on Sept. 2 it said it would arrive within 48 hours instead still nothing....and we are on Sept. 20

I haven't received anything, I don't understand why they are asking me for my opinion if I haven't received anything yet....

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and I still have not received an answer and if I do not write to them they do not speak to me and very well they discounted my money and I am still waiting for the product. It is for my son's school and the child has been there for almost 2 weeks and the stickers have not arrived yet.

Parcel sent on 06/09, it's now 20/09 and still nothing despite requests/complaints.

We did not receive the complete order. No email informing that it will be sent in a second shipment, which I am still waiting for.

To this day, I still haven't received the labels, so I can't give a positive rating.

Your customer service is deplorable. Very long or non-existent response, unsuitable proposed solution. I'm still waiting for a reply! My gourd arrived a little damaged, I ask for an exchange or just to be told that if it becomes unusable it will be exchanged... very long reply offering to reimburse me the fdp ??????? And no reply since!!! To follow up on your reply to my comment: no, she just told me to put varnish on the gourd... it's unheard of at this level, I don't even know what to say anymore!

The products are good. This is the second time I have ordered in three years, and like the first time, they have taken a very long time to deliver. It seems to me that especially taking into account the offer of other brands, it is something that plays against them. The shipment is in a letter, so it is unjustifiable that they take more than a week to deliver. It's a pity but I will not order from Petit Fernand again.

Delivery time two weeks-not 48 hours.

Good product, bad service. i am still waiting for some products i ordered over 2 weeks ago. I also received by mistake some products with different names, due to obvious sender mix-up

Order shipped to an old address (although it had been correctly modified). To date, the order is untraceable, and still not received. No commercial gesture.

I have not received my order. They do not respond to messages or calls. Lousy treatment. I am going to report them for scam

Hello , Dissatisfied with your products . The self-adhesive labels came off in the first wash. I request a full refund or replacement with iron-on labels. Thank you

My opinion is very bad I placed my order on September 3rd and it has not arrived yet I have the books at home because I am waiting for the labels so I will ask for a refund if it does not arrive on Monday.

After 3 weeks still not received my order several mail exchange. My order is going to be sent back by post, I don't know what happened but I haven't received anything... disappointed when it says on the site delivery within 48h

I am very disappointed, it was my first order on your site and the last. I ordered at the end of August and it is now September 19, 2019 and I still have not received my labels for my daughters. I find this disappointing on your part as I obviously did not receive an email apologizing for the delay or an ecplication!

Long delivery time. Placing an order on September 2 and not having it on September 19, I did not expect it.

The label does not peel off the plastic. Pay for nothing because you can't use it. Last edit. I was contacted by a company representative who proposed a new shipment with working labels, but a month later I did not receive anything. Neither the refund of the money I paid. I am going to the bank to complain about the transaction because this company is a joke. You pay to receive nonsense.

Didn't receive item emailed company and heard nothing back £18 out of pocket I'm not happy at all

The order has not yet been delivered and I have no information to track the delivery

Goods not yet arrived but most importantly I tried to contact the company via email and facebook but received no response. 9 euros is little but it was still thrown away.

Ironed all labels on as per instructions, every single one has come off in the wash at least partly, wouldn't order again I'm afraid. Beautofulndesign just didnt stand the test of time.

Good quality but very small font size and hard to read, quite disappointing

I am very sorry because the first time I bought from you I was very happy but this order sent on September 4 to today September 19 has still not arrived.
