Delivery times too long

Good, but it's a shame to have to keep the same illustration in the Ecole pack, as it lacks variety.

Long delivery time.

A problem with the wrong address...10 rue de B...indicated to Colissimo Whose fault is it, the post office's? The supplier? The computer? Hence the many reminders... which have just been answered, but delivery took over 3 weeks instead of the 48 hours indicated at the time of ordering. Fortunately, the gourd is beautiful... and the little girl is delighted!

I still haven't received my order

Last year, I had already ordered labels and everyone had their own personal pouch. This year, I also ordered labels for my children and 3 others to whom I wanted to give these practical labels. But there was only one pouch with all the stapled labels inside. What a shame for the presentation... I'll have to cut them out board by board to give them as gifts. I'm a bit disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I have placed an order and I am very disappointed with the service. They talk about fast shipping and that's not the case. What's more, I sent several emails and got no response from customer service. I had to send messages via Facebook to finally get a response from your services.

The color of the labels was slightly different from that visible on the screen.

Great idea. The shoe labels hold up really well. The labels on clothes, however, don't stay on as long as they've been worn and washed a lot.

Nice presentation but labels are difficult to remove without damaging them.

I'm very happy with the products I ordered, and so are my children. However, I'm only giving them 2 stars, because I placed my order following a referral. I therefore had a promotional code with a 3 euro discount and free shipping (6 euros) When I applied the promotional code, the shipping costs were not cancelled. So I contacted Customer Service, who asked me to confirm my order with the shipping costs, but that these costs would be reimbursed. To date, I haven't received this refund. Admittedly it's only 6 euros, but as a matter of principle I feel I should be reimbursed.

Sticky labels: nice color for decorating binders and notebooks... Iron-on labels: disappointed, they don't hold up well after the first wash.

Usually, I never have any problems with c-mon etiquette but on the last order there were some. The first plate was not cut and on the second one a label on the plate was damaged. But I'll continue to order because I've never had any problems with any of my orders, and delivery is very fast.

For my second order, I chose the name labels to stick directly onto the garments. I am disappointed with the quality of my order: the labels adhere much too much to the printing paper (of the notebook) and it is very difficult to separate them from the notebook. Delivery ok and on time.

Not very practical as not all garments can withstand heat. In addition, it makes you put on the labels but if there are no more ???? A little disappointed.....

I love the concept of gluing the label directly onto clothing or school items. (I had already tried iron-on labels from another brand). But the labels are too large for crayons or pencils, even though there's a big advert on them... so I'm quite disappointed.

Disappointed to receive a discount code just after placing my order .... I feel like I've been taken advantage of because I paid full price for my order whereas if I had waited 1 hour I would have had a 20% discount...

The delivery time was longer than expected, it was an urgent order for a trip to summer camp. The order was received too late and could not be used.

Minimum order quantity too much, even if it is postage-free. It would be better to be able to order a little less to try it out. Letter postage would then also not be a problem. Otherwise the labels are of good quality

Satisfied with the product, but the labels delivered (must say) to the post office on July 7 arrived on July 22. Better not to be in a hurry...

The labels are pretty but very badly precut so always have a pair of scissors ready.

A little disappointed with the iron-on labels that come off in the 1st wash.

Very happy with the labels themselves. However, when I ironed them on a few days later, some didn't hold, so I was rather disappointed as it had taken me some time to do it.

I really like the book stickers and they work well, the clothes stickers I ordered last time seem to be a disaster and I don't order them anymore. And the old ones are average but they are not good for the whole year, at most three months. Regards

Ordered July 17, sent July 19 but still not received. No tracking because no number. Lee labels from a previous order are great

The stickers are really nice. However, the names in our folders were mixed up, which was really annoying

Order supposedly dispatched on 19/07. Here we are on 29/07 and still nothing! My order is in "awaiting payment" status, even though I've been debited. Customer service is asking me for proof, which I have sent. And yet they tell me that the order has been shipped. 10 days for a letter, I've been debited, but still nothing. I just received my order today 06/08. A bit long, but maybe it's the post office's fault. They redid my order so that I could have it, which I received today. Good service, maybe it wasn't their fault. So I'm amending my note

I thought the labels were a little larger, then a preview of the label on the website would have been nice because now I end up with two first and last names on the same label. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend you.

The bottle looks great. The foil on the lunch box is not glued perfectly. Lots of air bubbles and partly overlapping. The quality could be better here. Especially for the price...

Hello, I am not at all satisfied with my order from cest mon étiquette. I received my order late and was unable to label the clothes of my child who was going to camp. I was able to label the clothes of my second child who was going to camp later, but because there was a but, I had four fewer sheets of iron-on labels that were not attached to my other daughter's notebook, so I wasn't even able to label all the clothes correctly. I am very dissatisfied with this order whereas the previous ones had been fast and perfect. Sincerely Mrs Romoaldo

Difficult to detach from the notebook a pity because beautiful drawing beautiful font .....

The basket empties pretty quickly (like 15 or 20 minutes), so you'd better hurry to place your order. The labels are as pictured, but the lunch-box image is full of bubbles. It's big (like an adult bento) and I liked the package with compartment and cold tray. I haven't marked the clothes yet, so we'll have to wait and see.

I think everything is great, but I don't like the fact that you receive all the orders in one sheet from which you can't cut out the individual sheets. I ordered stickers for several children, but it was difficult to cut them out to give away and some of the stickers were damaged and of course it doesn't look nice as a gift. That is a bit annoying.

Very beautiful but a shame to have received them 8 days later! I was really counting on the 3-day delivery said on the site!

I ordered my order at the beginning of July which never arrived at destination I asked where was my order it was a robot which answered I had to wait 1 week before a person answered that they remade me the order at their expenses (still happy) which finally arrived 2 days ago but no commercial gesture which I deplore on the other hand pretty packaging

I have received it within the deadline and I like how they have been, but in the order, in the test image there was a space for the animal or detail to choose above the name, which I left it empty so I could put the class by hand and that space has not been respected and is occupied by the name. So the test image and what I have received is not the same...on the one hand I am not happy, but on the other hand I like the sticker.

Labels for objects: nickel. However, the self-adhesive clothing labels didn't last 1 wash, everything came off. A bad batch? Because last year's labels held up without a hitch. I won't be ordering again. The labels were applied as instructed (the ones from the previous order were fine).

Doesn't specify that it must stick directly to the garment label and not to the garment itself.
