I received some labels without the chosen motif

Parchment paper "supplied" after 2 orders no parchment paper, if it's not supplied why say so?!!!

Very practical, but the quality has gone downhill since last year. Many of the labels don't peel off easily and tear before use. A shame!

I'm a bit disappointed, I stuck the labels on my daughter's shorts and t-shirts and after 2 washes everything came off.

The labels are beautiful and trendy! However, I don't find the bottle at all ergonomic for a kindergartner. The cap is difficult to open and close. The system for releasing the pipette to drink is not functional. And finally, the cap is not easy to screw back on. So there's a risk of leakage if my child wants to fill it on his own.

Very pretty labels, but large for colored pencils... Or maybe I made a mistake in my selection.

The labels are very cool and correct, the shipping is a bit painful. They say that in 4-10 working days and it took me a month to send them.

The lunch box is fine, it does its job. As a negative point it is not completely airtight, that is, as the ice plate has a hole in the central part if you take something liquid like soup or puree these are strained and even the first two dishes are mixed. I expected something more from the customized I thought it would be a silkscreen print on the lid not a sticker.

Disappointed with the print quality (white lines in the background color of the labels). Otherwise good adhesion.

I bought the personalized bottle for my 2 year old daughter for when she starts school in September. The bottle is beautiful but the spout and cap are very hard and do not allow her to use the bottle without adult assistance; I was a little disappointed in that aspect because it is all about empowering the child's independence, and it seems to me that she is not going to be able to use it on her own yet.

Cutely made with bonus stickers, and nice booklet as packaging but the price is excessive for the quantity and quality.

Wrong color produced. The labels are good so far, but one color was displayed on the screen which was delivered in a different color. When I asked customer service, they told me that there was nothing they could do. Then you should either create a category for the color that distinguishes blue and green or make a unique label on the colors. No goodwill from the "service" Too bad I would have liked to order more from the KITA. But since it's "my own fault" I won't be offering them, what a shame.

Delivery times too long

Good, but it's a shame to have to keep the same illustration in the Ecole pack, as it lacks variety.

A problem with the wrong address...10 rue de B...indicated to Colissimo Whose fault is it, the post office's? The supplier? The computer? Hence the many reminders... which have just been answered, but delivery took over 3 weeks instead of the 48 hours indicated at the time of ordering. Fortunately, the gourd is beautiful... and the little girl is delighted!

I still haven't received my order

Last year, I had already ordered labels and everyone had their own personal pouch. This year, I also ordered labels for my children and 3 others to whom I wanted to give these practical labels. But there was only one pouch with all the stapled labels inside. What a shame for the presentation... I'll have to cut them out board by board to give them as gifts. I'm a bit disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I have placed an order and I am very disappointed with the service. They talk about fast shipping and that's not the case. What's more, I sent several emails and got no response from customer service. I had to send messages via Facebook to finally get a response from your services.

Great idea. The shoe labels hold up really well. The labels on clothes, however, don't stay on as long as they've been worn and washed a lot.

Nice presentation but labels are difficult to remove without damaging them.

I'm very happy with the products I ordered, and so are my children. However, I'm only giving them 2 stars, because I placed my order following a referral. I therefore had a promotional code with a 3 euro discount and free shipping (6 euros) When I applied the promotional code, the shipping costs were not cancelled. So I contacted Customer Service, who asked me to confirm my order with the shipping costs, but that these costs would be reimbursed. To date, I haven't received this refund. Admittedly it's only 6 euros, but as a matter of principle I feel I should be reimbursed.

Sticky labels: nice color for decorating binders and notebooks... Iron-on labels: disappointed, they don't hold up well after the first wash.

Usually, I never have any problems with c-mon etiquette but on the last order there were some. The first plate was not cut and on the second one a label on the plate was damaged. But I'll continue to order because I've never had any problems with any of my orders, and delivery is very fast.

For my second order, I chose the name labels to stick directly onto the garments. I am disappointed with the quality of my order: the labels adhere much too much to the printing paper (of the notebook) and it is very difficult to separate them from the notebook. Delivery ok and on time.

Not very practical as not all garments can withstand heat. In addition, it makes you put on the labels but if there are no more ???? A little disappointed.....

I love the concept of gluing the label directly onto clothing or school items. (I had already tried iron-on labels from another brand). But the labels are too large for crayons or pencils, even though there's a big advert on them... so I'm quite disappointed.

The delivery time was longer than expected, it was an urgent order for a trip to summer camp. The order was received too late and could not be used.

Minimum order quantity too much, even if it is postage-free. It would be better to be able to order a little less to try it out. Letter postage would then also not be a problem. Otherwise the labels are of good quality

Satisfied with the product, but the labels delivered (must say) to the post office on July 7 arrived on July 22. Better not to be in a hurry...

The labels are pretty but very badly precut so always have a pair of scissors ready.
