We received the labels on time and without any typographical errors. However, the quality leaves something to be desired. We've been ordering from you for several years now. The quality has deteriorated. It's very difficult to remove the labels: you have to insist and even bend the sheets of the booklet to be able to remove a label! On some labels, the surrounding transparent film came off at the same time! It was impossible for primary school children to remove the labels from their belongings. The quality of the glue used also seemed to be of lesser quality! We ordered the same labels as last year, and the difference between the two is obvious! We'll be going to the competition for the next labels. It's a shame to try to make more money while sacrificing quality. And to top it all off, customer service asks for photos as proof, as if we were making it up! Outrageous!

I've been going through 'c'est mon étiquette' for a few years now and I'm not disappointed in general. On the other hand, I think it would be nicer to add fairies, star dancers, mermaids, etc. with more ethnic mix. It's just a shame that the lunchboxes show the navy blue color as a presentation suggestion and don't offer it when you order.

It took me a long time to receive my order at the vacation address, because it was lost, when I complained they gave me a few days to see if I received it, but when it did not arrive and I complained again they prepared the order again to send it to my usual address and I received it. Very well identified labels with their explanation. I have pasted two of textile and everything is correct so far, now I have to see how many washes it resists. And those of objects also correct, but too fast to know if it stays stuck .... I will keep updating
