I can't rate the labels because I haven't received them yet, I was going to contact you about it.

They have not yet arrived on Friday the 20th is the delivery deadline.

I did not receive my order after I paid you now I am told that the payment has not been made.

A waste of time and money!!! Arrived out of time and okay I understand! Iron at 200 degrees according to instructions and they don't stick anything, if you let them cool they all come off as if no hot iron was passed, if you don't let them cool they smolder all over THE label. They may be pretty but what do I do with them??? I will now request a refund

It's the second time it's never arrived at my house, so it's not fast service. It takes more than 15 days to get another, then about 10 days to get another, so it's very long...

If it had arrived maybe I could even evaluate better!!! 15 days and not having delivered seems a bit much!!!

I have not received the labels despite 15 days of waiting. I reported it but still haven't received a response. I am not happy.

I still have not received my order, having ordered it on 3/9/19 and it being today 9/19/19. I never buy anything here anymore!

Promise of delivery within 48 hours not kept. Non-existent after-sales service, very disappointed by their service this year!

To date, I still haven't received the rest of my order, which dates back to before the start of the school year. I've only received my mug, but not yet my set of labels (kindergarten pack). That's a lot of money for a mug (52)!!!! From my message via the contact form on the company's website, I only received an automatic message which shows that no one has noticed my concern and understood that my parcel only contained half of my order.

Very disappointed!!!order never received! On the other hand, immediate reimbursement after my request. Very reactive on this side.

I placed my order 25 days ago, and to this day I still haven't received it, and no one has given me an explanation as to why it hasn't arrived yet. It doesn't take that long for a package to arrive from France to Spain. Very bad communication with the company, I feel helpless. I will certainly not buy again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

2 emails sent to indicate the poor quality of the labels, which go off in the first wash. A second order placed at the beginning of September has still not arrived. In short, I'm waiting for a reply to my e-mail and, I hope, a commercial gesture.

As for my last order, I never received it.

I placed the order on September 2nd, on the 4th they said it was on its way and we are at 18 and no news.

I am sorry to have to post this review. I do it for two reasons, the first is that when I ordered the canteen the system did not allow me to choose the color of the cap. Secondly, I would like to point out the poor quality of the cap, it has not even been a day and the hinge is already broken. In addition, the opening system of the dispenser is not at all practical as the child is not autonomous. If he wants to drink, he needs an adult to open the dispenser. All in all, a very bad experience.

I never received the shipped order. To countless emails requesting an explanation, I keep getting the same automated response asking for the correctness of the shipping address. No one answers the phone and there is no mention on the website about how to get a refund. Disappointed.
