I did not receive what I ordered

I never received the goods and placed the order at the beginning of September (15 days ago!!). Kindergarten started and I am still waiting for them but in the meantime they became useless because I adjusted differently. Really unhappy...I don't recommend this to anyone and I will never buy from this site again. Who knows if they will come sooner or later!

Still after two weeks I still have not received my order and yes. Receive any message about it.

I have not received anything and I have been waiting for a month. Besides I have sent you a message with the order number and you have not even answered. Please confirm.

We placed the order 18 days ago and still no trace of it. We have tried to contact them by phone and there is no way they will ever answer us, and when we write them an e-mail we get an automatic response so they do not give us an answer to our demand. So, as nice as the labels are, today we feel ripped off, in the end I had to mark everything with permanent so that school could start 🙁

I only give one star because I am still waiting for my order to arrive since the 2nd day I ordered it....

THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR IN THE PRINTING PROCESS AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER MY PHONE OR MY MESSAGES, IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT ME.

I still have not received my order I wrote emails to consumer service but I have not been contacted . Are you guys a scam ?

I can't say that I was well ,as I made the request for the labels and they still haven't arrived, I made an email to get information as I paid and I still didn't get labels .saying the print wasn't good it would redo them for me, still today after 15 days I still haven't got the labels.

I am not happy. I placed the order on September 1st and it is now the 17th and it still hasn't arrived. I made a claim and they tell me that they have already sent it and that it must be a delivery problem. For whatever reason I still do not have the labels that I consider necessary since the beginning of the course. Previous years I have hired stikers and much better. I wanted to give petit fernand a chance but will definitely go back to the competition. Absolutely disappointed.

Hello, I placed my order in August and here we are in mid-September and still NOTHING. So dissatisfied...

Well, I am very angry, because I ordered the order on August 29 and the delivery time ended and I claimed, they made me a new order and nothing until now. And to top it off they have blocked my call, always busy network ect.

I'm very disappointed by the labels on clothes that don't last more than one wash, whatever the fabric :/.

Advertise with 48 hours....bekommen after 1 week!!! Not possible!!!

I have sent two emails asking for a refund of the order and no answer. so I will not buy any more and it is very bad.

Order never arrived, they don't have a tracking code, no one responds to emails, they won't give money back and I don't have what I need x the start of kindergarten. I strongly advise against it

Infinite delivery time... In the age of Amazon prime, delivery in more than 2 weeks is no longer acceptable

I placed the order on Sept. 4 and to date (Sept. 17)I have received nothing. This information about the very long delivery time should be made explicit before the order can be placed. My son started kindergarten 1 week ago and the labels still have not arrived.

Very bad experience, they never pick up the phone and I have been waiting for an order since August 26th.

Very poor quality and very poor presentation

The self-adhesive clothing labels are cut very badly and are impossible to peel off completely. And the shoe labels do not have the protective film on the last order, I don't know how long they will last without it. The water bottle is very difficult for a child to open and close. This is the last time I order products from Petit-Fernand.

Very pretty labels that fall off in the first wash... What a shame! And yes, we did heat up our ironing board... It's time to start all over again!

Order never received. I contacted the after-sales service and received nothing other than a standard reply asking me to wait another fifteen days before contacting the after-sales service. The 15 days are up (order pending for 3 weeks) and I still haven't received anything.

I placed the order on August 19 and on September 16 I still have not received it nor have any news or notice about the shipment, in my opinion there is a poor management of shipping and tracking, where can a buyer be informed about your shipment? There is also no point in making the order in 48h if it takes between 2 and 10 days to arrive (as reported, but it can be worse as in my case), in the XXI century this shipping service is very precarious. I placed my order on August 31 and today, September 16, I still have not received it. I would not advise buying the product, in my case I have lost the money and my child has been going to school for 10 days without clothes or marked items.

Dear Sir/Madam I would like to give you my opinion on this year's labels. I found them very expensive for what I received. I am very dissatisfied with what I received compared to last year when I was very happy. It's a shame because some of the labels are very useful (for pens, clothes, etc.) I hope you find them useful. I have not received my order and if you ask them they respond with an automatic email and do not solve anything. Not recommended at all.

I can't give an opinion on the quality because my order hasn't arrived... I can't give an opinion on the time without it.... I have had to buy others because my daughter has already started school.

A was really disappointed for the stick label I buy for my daughter. Just put the clothes in the washing machine and all the bars are gone worth off money.

I placed my order on the 27th of last month, we are at 16. I even sent an email in case my address was wrong. But no labels, no response. But they are charged.
