The labels are pretty good, but I was missing a batch of labels from my order. Contacting customer service was a pain, but I managed to get them and my missing labels were sent to me.

Very pretty but peels off quickly on some fabrics

I placed an order and the labels I received were not centered (name completely on the side). Customer service sent them back (after about ten emails) but the problem remains the same. Disappointed as this is the first time this has happened.

It's average quality, it doesn't fit too well. And it's too expensive.

The labels took over a week to arrive. So I couldn't use them for the girls' camp.

The clothing labels are superb, but I'm disappointed with the object labels. I wanted to label the pens and other items in my daughter's pencil case but it's really too big.

Unfortunately it took 10 days to receive my order and my gourd is non-functional. I had a good experience with your site but the quality is deteriorating with time.

Does not stick to certain fabrics

Received promptly. Beautiful colors. Does not hold up as well as my 1st order 3 years ago. Peels off after 2/3 washes. I'm happy with my product though, as it fulfilled its role for a 10-day colony.

A little disappointed compared to my previous order: the self-adhesive labels are square and unlike the iron-on labels, it is not possible to create on two lines.

I am happy with the self-adhesive stickers. They took a while to arrive, hence the score. Otherwise, everything is perfect. I have repeated and will repeat if I need them.

Lovely designs and quick service. Labels beautifully presented with some extra bits which was a nice touch. All very easy to apply. Stick on labels and shoe labels doing ok after the first couple of uses but the iron on labels have come off after the first wash even though they looked secure after being applied following the instructions closely. Very disappointing.

Good but only 3 stars because the delivery time was longer than the reality!

The quality is good, but I made a typo on some of the stickers and they didn't warn me about it.

Pleased with the labels but disappointed with the snack box. The gluing is flawed.

Very pretty water bottle that keeps drinks cool, but problem with the cap, very well adapted to little children's hands to open and close it, but it broke on the first fall. A real shame.

As we have a lot of customers, if we lose one, who cares ... in the end I accepted the second shipment ... I believe in second chances but I also believe in the humility of people and things.

The labels are very nice. However, it happened that two of the thermo-adhesive ones came off the t-shirts and one sticker placed on a water bottle discolored completely within 15 days. In addition, shipping is by plain mail, so there is no way to track it, and having bought several I was worried about not receiving them in time. You have to calculate a timeline of two weeks from the order date .

The idea with the personalized labels is great! But I find that they are difficult to remove from the paper and then crease easily. In addition, two of them have already fallen off after washing, even though I followed the instructions. So the price-performance ratio is not quite as good as I thought...

I put this because in the bottle I ordered for my little girl the opening is very complicated for her age, they should look at this kind of details at the time of the child's age, and thank you very much for the very good quality.

Still disappointed, not exactly like the picture on the internet received without the animal drawn on the labels.

I give your website 2 stars because I did not receive my order. I contacted customer service for information and they resent my order. I am waiting to receive it. I should be able to track my order as I needed my labels last week. Thank goodness you have good customer service.

The labels are perfect but do not meet the shipping deadlines advertised on the website.

I received them 15 days after placing the order. And I don't know if it's because of the heat or because several of them had excess glue and can't be used.

Nice labels but nothing revolutionary A little disappointed by the labels for clothes without ironing....they are stuck on the labels of clothes so not very practical!

Nice labels received, but the delivery time was much too long (contrary to what was advertised!).

The labels don't all stick when I put them in the washing machine, and I found several on my drum... too bad the promise was good and I followed the recommendations.

I found a page of uncut labels so I had to do it myself. They were not as I would have liked them to be. I was not very happy with this order.

Easily removable...but very aesthetic

A slight problem with the lunch bag order, however, the comma arrived very quickly, clean parcel! I'd recommend them for N°2!
