A little disappointed by the quality of the name printing on the toiletry bag. It looks like it's been smudged, perhaps due to the yellow color? And the zipper is a little snaggy, but otherwise the kit itself is of good quality, and delivery was very quick!

I really like these labels, the personalisation choices you have are vast (it takes a while to decide how you want them to look!). The presentation is nice in a little booklet so you have it all in one place. I found the stickers better (and faster to apply) than the iron on labels. Subsequently I've only gone for the stick on labels - just make sure you have the labels to stick them on! They don't last forever but they do pretty well. Delivery was fast.

Fast and reliable service. I have made several purchases from Petit-Fernand and have always been satisfied.The site for ordering online is really easy and intuitive. The label patterns are very varied and for all tastes. I recommend them for those who, like me, don't have time or desire to embroider labels in their baby's clothes and accessories when they go to kindergarten, but still want to have some style and nice, coordinated personalization (even on the items!). Great labels even during machine washing, as long as you follow the directions for applying them. The personalized water bottles are also beautiful! Really 5 stars for me! 🙂

Excellent customer service, due to a problem with the post office in my municipality, I had not received my order in the timeframe they indicated, once I contacted customer service and made the appropriate verifications, it was promptly sent back to me at no extra cost and in a quick time. The quality of the labels excellent, the adhesive clothing labels are really resistant to all kinds of washing and even the dryer.
