For 15 days my parcel has been in preparation at the sender's. This is my 1st experience and I have never received my parcel. On the other hand, customer service is efficient...immediate reimbursement.

The arrival of the package was very delayed, twice they said it was going to arrive and it did not arrive, therefore, the service was very bad.

The labels are very pretty, but they didn't last a single wash at 30°C. Everything has been respected in the hen procedure attached to the garments and yet they are peeling off. Extremely disappointed, I'll have to order more.

Considerably disappointed from one year to the next. Missing item sent back 15 days later, so after the start of the school year, and labels that go off as soon as the first wash, whereas in the past they were perfectly clean. I've already placed several orders and this is the first time I've been disappointed with the site.
One self-adhesive label was already damaged after the first wash. A second had peeled off and hung in the machine's drum.

I ordered a gourd with a straw, but unfortunately it doesn't fit at all. It's not suitable for children. The bottle is poorly designed because it has a small hole (to be able to suck in water) but even when closed, the water leaks if you turn it upside down. So imagine the gourd being handled by any child and ending up in a bag, business and bag soaked. I don't understand how we can design such an object, designed for children, but not adapted to them: my personalized gourd is unusable. I strongly advise against this product. Although it's solid and pretty.
With my first order, the size of the stickers kept changing during the ordering process and so I got stickers that were too big. That's why I paid even closer attention to this with my second order and it didn't happen. Nevertheless, I find the stickers too wide and long for pens, for example. I think you can easily rub them off or they take up a lot of the pen's surface area
Order not received
I think this is the 5th year I've ordered. But this year I came back from vacation just before the start of the school year and I took delivery in 24 hours for 9.50 euros. I received the order 10 days later. Even though the shipping costs were reimbursed. I'm not satisfied with the delivery time.
No order tracking. Package does not arrive. Pouch folded and damaged on arrival. Relay point more than mediocre. 3 weeks waiting for labels !!!!

I've been ordering my labels from this site for several years without any problems. But this year I ordered them a week before school started and they took 2 weeks to be delivered! I didn't receive them in time for back-to-school and I'm really disappointed.

Honestly I think it's a rip-off because my order #3001348411, started August 30... Last update September 4 and there it remains stationary... Already the fact that you have to pay 2 euros more to get the tracking may seem strange (this is the first time it happens to me working different e-commerce myself) ... The same labels can be found on Amazon ... A thousand kinds ... At least you don't get fooled. And if something goes wrong the refund is safe. Good thing I had spent 20 euros so I don't put too much weight on it....

Order placed Aug 25, shipped on 27th to date Sept 9 still nothing. You send emails asking for the order to be rescheduled and confirming the 'address and no one responds. I meanwhile paid for an order that never arrived and not a little (about 35) and I have to label all the school supplies but I can't do it because they are without labels. I repeat from customer service no one responds and I am left waiting for a phantom order and have to spend more money to get school labels. Very bad experience

Frankly a CATASTROPHE there are no other words !!!!! So already more than a month to receive my order, then I order labels for clothes and a gourd or first I am told 15 days after my order that the color of the cap I chose is unavailable so it must change and secondly once the gourd received I realize that it leaks (at the price of the gourd it sucks a little . ) Then (because yes it's not over) the delivery, so the first time the relay point was closed my parcel went back to the sender (rather than offering me another means of delivery) the second time customer service offered me no other solutions and made no commercial gesture for the inconvenience caused I was told that my parcel would be returned to the relay point initially chosen except that on the day of delivery, the driver said that he hadn't been able to drop off the parcel and that he'd delivered it to a drop-off point far from the one I'd chosen (more than 40 minutes' drive). I called customer service to find out what was going on, and once again they told me that it wasn't their fault, that they had no control over it, and that if I didn't want to pick it up there, I'd have to wait ten days for them to do so.Then they tell me that if I don't want to pick it up there, I'll have to wait 10 days for it to be sent back to the sender before sending it back to the relay point I'd chosen. Exasperated by all this, I decide to go and pick up my parcel, too bad for the road, because I needed the labels and the water bottle for my son, who had already started school. Except that once I got there, the relay point said ah non madame désolé mais on n'a aucun colis à votre nom . !?!?!? Seeing me really in a state of intense anger the relay point very kindly tries to see with their delivery software where my package could be and what he tells me !?!? In fact, my parcel was delivered to the relay point I had chosen !!!! More than 40 min drive for nothing because in fact everything was wrong !!! Frankly, it's good to tempt people with attractive prices, but it's also good to have customer service that's up to scratch and to be sure of the quality of the products and delivery !!!!
