They indicate short delivery time to get chosen then contacting customer service it turns out that 48 hours for shipping is at least a week and still can't be sure + between 3 and 10 days for shipping (when ordering it was specified that everything would be delivered in 4 business days). Big disappointment, it was the third year I bought them and, to my surprise, the stickers are very bad, it costs a lot to peel them off, some are damaged and no longer stick. If you have changed anything, go back to the old ones. I will not order any more from you. I'm not in the mood to throw money away.

Order placed on August 27th, confirmation email telling me it would be shipped in 48h maximum (for manufacturing time), money debited immediately from my account, 7 days later no news, order still in "manufacturing" status, two emails sent to customer service without any reply.

We were sent the wrong name labels with someone else name on. Now I know mistakes are made and this is fine but it's how a company rectifies it that counts. In order to get the new correct ones delivered in time I asked for them to be sent fast tracked, I was repeatedly ignored. As a result they were sent standard delivery and haven't turned up in time for my kids starting school. I'm very disappointed in the level of service shown

Took a long time to arrive, i ordered them in plenty of time for school to start, 4 weeks prior to the start of school, came 2 days before and I received the wrong order!! I've got someone else's children's name stickers and I emailed the company to them just wanting me to send photos over as said a refund will be issued. Very pretty bottles BUT after 5 days of use, my daughter's name comes off. I say "comes off" because it's a sticker. What's more, the color of the bottles is already fading.
