I ordered labels, they took a long time to arrive and were different in size than expected. Prices have risen a lot in recent years

Really nice labels & fonts to choose from. Unfortunately, an iron on label fell off after washing an item just once. I'd prefer them not to feel as plastic & shiny also. The look is great though, especially being able to choose the same colour background as the item of clothing.

Very happy at first. However, I have been using only stick-on labels for bottles or bags from the booklet so far. Now my daughter goes to school, I started using the ironed-on labels and the stick-on labels onto the actual garments label, and these don't stay! The first started to be wrinkly and eventually came off after a few washes, the latter also goes eventually after washes, but also can't cope with Napisan wash! What's the point! I feel like going back to old-fashion labelling and stitching fabric labels onto clothes. At least they would stay in place and can be removed when it's time to give away or sale! I'll stick to the stick-on labels for items only. Those are great!

The labels never arrived, I claimed the refund and in about 5 days I got my money back, but we were very sad that they did not arrive because we thought they were beautiful.

The stickers the second time I washed the clothes they all came off, for nursery clothes it is a bit cumbersome.

When I booked the order it was mentioned 7-10 days to get it . Only after I made payment later in week when I was following up on email I got to know it will b longer than the expected period and I left UK to travel back to my home country . I had to then arrange someone to pick it from sis in law and have it reach me and I eventually got it today … Appreciate this is updated upfront so customer can decide before paying . Now that I received the items all looks great , however on bottle I see there is some paint faded already when I took it from box which is shocking to see on new product

The products are of very good quality but the order has taken a month to arrive.

Lots of choice in personalization, lots of items on offer, which is great, but the labels don't wash well (for those to be ironed on), or come off (for those to be stuck on), even though I wash at 30 degrees. It's a real shame.

The envelope arrived damaged but the labels are in good condition. This isn't my first order, and I've noticed a deterioration in the quality of the labels, and less choice of graphic options, which is a shame.

I placed the order for the second time and it still hasn't arrived, I've been waiting since early September

The courier service was terrible. They took much longer than the stipulated time. The customer service was quick to answer, but they did not give me any solution. Very bad that they don't send orders home, even if they charge shipping costs. MRW/Seur are a disaster.

Delivery was made days later than what was stated on the website.

I liked the ease of the website, the designing of them (not thousands of choices which is good) delivery was good, the product is nice but I'm disappointed when you remove them from the backing sheet. They seem strong but they misshape when you remove them from the adhesive backing sheet which is a tad annoying, it doesn't sit neat/straight on my items. It's like it's not really cut properly. Everything good prior just a slight disappointment with the removing of labels.

The delivery times are too long.

On the whole I like all the items I order except the bento where I am really disappointed by the quality of this one. The flocking is really very badly done (bubbles, sticky hairs, a real horror for a child's box).

A good experience..I waited almost a month to get my order

I did not receive the order for the start of school despite the fact that I placed the order at the end of August. In spite of this the very friendly operator made me send it again.

Very good as always the labels that I have been ordering for 8 years, but this time they took 15 days to arrive.

The stickers took a long time to arrive, as sent from France, which wasn't made clear. They do not actually seem to work and fall off in the wash. They are also badly perforated, so almost impossible to remove from the sticker sheet in the first place. I give this 2 stars as they are actually pretty cute stickers, just useless. I would not buy from this company again.

We bought some labels and stickers for the beginning of the school year for our daughter, they arrived late and the envelope was torn and empty. We informed you of what happened and you sent them again, they arrived on Saturday afternoon and the envelope had scratches and some of the pages were wrinkled. We will sincerely consider ordering from you again. Thank you

This is the third time I have ordered the name labels and I am very happy with them, only the last delivery took three weeks to arrive.

Lovely design of stickers, huge selection. I followed the ironing instructions completely and on first wash some fell off. Quite disappointing for the price of the product

Order never arrived as it was only sent in a letter. However, when I made a complaint, I at least received a credit note immediately.

Unfortunately, the delivery time was not met and arrived after school started. A maximum of 10 working days was expected, but it arrived after three weeks

Order never arrived and there was no apology or update, just a rather long wait until I finally asked for a refund.

Order arrived 3 weeks later, reported delivered as early as a couple of days before arrival.

I paid to have it delivered express, and it arrived 6 days later.

Unfortunately this pack of stickers are not lasting and keep coming off in the wash

This isn't the first time I've ordered labels for my son's clothes that we put on with the iron, I've ordered a large number, I look carefully at the clothes that match, as usual, but this time it's poor quality, I've also respected the pressure time, waiting before washing, but this time, nothing good. I've even washed some of my clothes twice, but nothing holds after washing. I'll order from someone else next time, because I've lost about 40 euros.

Nice printed but Unfortunately the stickers come off from the clothes after washing.

The color you see on the website is deceptive! It looks orange, when the water bottle arrives it looks pink

1st order not received. Call to after-sales service. They send me back a batch of labels...which takes 1 week to arrive...SMS chronopost not received...label put on, 1st wash...label taken off....

I purchased thermoadhesive labels but after one wash they came off. I still thought they were to be able to stick on the clothes and instead I read once they arrived that they could only be attached to the label and in some garments I don't have that.

Good reception of the 2nd order! Satisfied, the colors are nice and the writing is easy to read... For the 1st order, it's a flop!... never received my order...
