Everything is fine except that I had ordered the labels with two different first names. Unlike the previous order, we received everything in a single booklet with a single sheet of fun stickers. My children would have liked to have their own booklet, especially as last year they had taken it to school to stick their labels there.

I did not like the delivery method, because I was not allowed to put my home address, unlike in previous years. I had to choose a local store and when the package arrived there they told the postal worker that they were no longer receiving them there, the postal worker contacted me and I had to contact him to pick up my package, so the delivery was quite cumbersome. The products arrived well, but I tell you, the delivery of the products should be improved.

The print fits, but unfortunately the stickers are not really well punched out, so I have to remove every single sticker (!) from the foil again with nail scissors, otherwise you can't get them off at all. This is really tedious and tests my patience to the limit.

Order of August 16 still not received (we are on 4/09), it was suggested to me on 30/08 to reorder because it was too complicated to launch a tracking procedure with Chronopost. I accepted and asked for free delivery charges for an express order (for back-to-school week). The code received was invalid, and it took 5 days to get an answer after my complaint e-mail. Order and delivery ok and fast The quality (color, feel, adhesive strength, etc.) is ok. Unfortunately, it is difficult to remove the adhesive from the booklet and the edges are often torn. Cutting solves the problem but is not practical.

The garment labels are in order, but all the object labels have a printing defect, with a white unprinted area of 1 to 2mm on the left, due to the printing offset on the self-adhesive board. The offset is very visible, as the label normally has a dark blue background. I wonder about the controls. It's a disappointing experience.

The girls (11 and 13) loved the choices of designs, they stuck well to the their clothes. They are both really happy with them. I felt they were more difficult to remove from the pack this year, several became misshapen getting them out - I didn't have this problem last time I ordered. If this had been my first order I wouldn't order them again. As it is - I'll get a similar product but maybe from a different company.

The only flaw , in this last order is the fact that the package arrived to me all ruined , half opened and crumpled.
