Super slow, poor order information

I am still waiting for the package, and their solution is to send me others that must have been lost, at this point after 3 weeks no longer serve me, I no longer want them, they have not even a detail for the delay, but they charged them from the first day.

I received the stickers from someone else, they didn't even notice and despite leaving several messages on the answering machine, I had to call them to ask for a refund. The girl who answered the phone told me to apologize for the mistake, but that I could keep the stickers I had received?

The order never arrived. it is now September 16 and I placed the order on August 27. I was told that it is not their fault for the delay. They told me they would put my order into production again and resend it, but to this day I don't know if they have resent it or not. The customer office responds after 3 days if it is okay! my son started school and I could not use the labels!

I still haven't gotten the labels 13 days later.... And on the delivery specification it said 48 hours.... I paid right away though!!!

After several orders I have continued to rely on Petit-Fernand plates, but with this latest order, unfortunately, it did not go well. Ordered on September 2, 2019, as of today, September 16, they still have not arrived. I understand that the problem is with the Italian postal service, but when I wrote to the Petit-fernand contacts I got an email asking me to be patient until Sept. 17!!! I can understand 10 days, given the slowness of the Italian postal service, but 15 days from the order seems excessive! So bad handling of orders that did not arrive. I had to order from another site where they arrived in 3 days from order. From customer service I expected more.

Waste of money, labels come off very easily some only lasted one wash. Wouldn't buy again or recommend

Order placed on August 29th not collected to date September 16th. Impossible to change the department of my address (it is indicated by default on the site lot et garonne although I live in ile de france) because the field is grayed. Cancellation request and refund requested but no return to sovoir if my request was accepted.
