Unfortunately very very disappointed by the little bag which discolored at the first washing... I haven't used the labels yet but my daughter was looking forward to using the little bag, I wash it and the color is very light and almost non-existent... very disappointed...

The iron-on labels were all gone after the 1st wash. They were useless. Waste of money and time (I had stuck on 70)! I won't be doing it again, too bad!

Incorrect colors and totally useless after-sales service. Nice labels on the visual, but once the order has been validated and paid for, it's not the same color. On receipt, it's not the color of the visual chosen. I made a remark to the after-sales service to improve or recalibrate the rendering of their visuals, and there was a big dialogue of the deaf. An adviser who at best doesn't understand and at worst doesn't care, saying that there's no mistake, given that the order form is more or less the same color as what I received, so that's the end of it. We don't give a damn about the screenshot of the basket before ordering (red), which is far from the result (pink). It's easy to accuse the customer of having made a mistake, but the pink color received doesn't even exist in the choice of visuals. Mistakes are human and forgivable, but stubborn stupidity is not for me. If you don't want to be disappointed 2 times (on receipt and by the after-sales service), go the other way.

We ordered a lunch box, a drinking bottle and a personalized bag for the kindergarten. As soon as I unpacked the lunch box, I noticed that it only had stickers on the top. How long will that last? On closer inspection, I also noticed that there were dirt particles under the glue. Unfortunately, the bottle also has scratches and 2 deeper dents/dents. The bag we ordered looks good, but unfortunately it arrived too small. We wanted size L and got size M. But it could also be that we may have made a mistake when ordering. I took photos and complained about everything by email. NO RESPONSE. Sent the same email again. Still NO RESPONSE. If no one gets back to us, we will contact Paypal. I was then offered a new lid and a new bottle. The items arrived today. The bottle is scratched again, even more than the first one. And the glue on the lunch box has air bubbles again. I contacted them again by email and asked for a refund. All I was offered was a ridiculous 10% voucher for my next order. As if I would order there again!
