I placed the order on Sept. 4 and to date (Sept. 17)I have received nothing. This information about the very long delivery time should be made explicit before the order can be placed. My son started kindergarten 1 week ago and the labels still have not arrived.
Very bad experience, they never pick up the phone and I have been waiting for an order since August 26th.

Very poor quality and very poor presentation
The self-adhesive clothing labels are cut very badly and are impossible to peel off completely. And the shoe labels do not have the protective film on the last order, I don't know how long they will last without it. The water bottle is very difficult for a child to open and close. This is the last time I order products from Petit-Fernand.
Very pretty labels that fall off in the first wash... What a shame! And yes, we did heat up our ironing board... It's time to start all over again!

Order never received. I contacted the after-sales service and received nothing other than a standard reply asking me to wait another fifteen days before contacting the after-sales service. The 15 days are up (order pending for 3 weeks) and I still haven't received anything.
I placed the order on August 19 and on September 16 I still have not received it nor have any news or notice about the shipment, in my opinion there is a poor management of shipping and tracking, where can a buyer be informed about your shipment? Dear Sir/Madam I would like to give you my opinion on this year's labels. I found them very expensive for what I received. I am very dissatisfied with what I received compared to last year when I was very happy. It's a shame because some of the labels are very useful (for pens, clothes, etc.) I hope you find them useful. Super slow, poor order information
I am still waiting for the package, and their solution is to send me others that must have been lost, at this point after 3 weeks no longer serve me, I no longer want them, they have not even a detail for the delay, but they charged them from the first day.
