Disappointed: product delivered in 15 days, bottle stoppers close only with great difficulty, impossible for children! customer service response unrelated to my comment! Too bad the product is nice!

Fast delivery. But I'm disappointed with the tartine box because there are a lot of air bubbles in the drawings.

The print of the illustration on the lunch box is really mediocre. Full of bubbles, wrinkles, in short, I don't think it's going to last very long. If I'd known, I'd have bought a normal box and personalized it myself with silly stickers, since the lid isn't dishwasher-safe after all. The box itself is fine, but I really don't recommend the label. But that's the whole point of this type of product, isn't it?

The site is not stable. Purchases are not saved in the shopping cart when you return.

The iron-on labels come off in the first wash... not very happy with the result.

Nothing to complain about in terms of product quality and speed of dispatch. On the other hand, I was disappointed not to have received any response from customer service following a promotional code that didn't work.

Very fast shipping, but the pretty self-adhesive labels don't wash off.

Delivery time was far too long

The idea is good, but a little disappointed, after a first wash, I found the labels in my washing machine .....

I received a discount on my second-to-last order because the labels didn't wash well, and the latest ones I ordered are a little more resistant but don't wash well either. Obviously disappointed and I think I'll try another supplier.

I placed 2 orders of which I have only received 1 of them. I contacted them and they told me that if it did not arrive in 2 days to write them again, so I did and I am still waiting for a reply. I placed the order on June 8. It makes me angry because I have already paid for that order. You make a payment and you don't receive your product. Very unhappy.

The labels are very nice. I attached them following the instructions to the letter but after the first wash they were all peeled off. Too bad.

Stickers look great. I can't say anything about durability yet. Therefore only three stars for now.

Well I still don't know the quality or anything about my labels, almost a month after ordering them they have not arrived, I got in touch via Instagram and to no avail, now I have done it via email.... Waiting since 6/13/19 which was when they sent me email like my tags were on the way.... They will come walking 10/7 I have to say that the girls who have attended me for the delay of the shipment have been super nice, they have already given me solution and I have made another order more.

They have a perfect size both the stickers and the clothing stickers. The lettering is very clear and very well defined, which makes it easy for children to read. The downside is that the stickers peel right off. I followed the instructions but they do not hold and come off.

Pretty. But too expensive in my opinion.

The labels are magnificent, but they took too long!

Great service, fast, no negative surprises.

After washing, the sticky label was no longer stuck to the garment label.

There are only a few pieces of paper to stick the hotmelt stickers. Some of them do not stick well and come off after a short period of use. When they stick well, they last many washes.

Good price for good quality

MY SUFFICIENT VOTE IS BECAUSE OF THE DELAY FOR DELIVERY , WHICH HAPPENED NEXT TO MY DAUGHTER'S DEPARTURE, FOR WHICH I COULD NOT USE THE LABELS.

Nice design - Stopper to be reviewed, The gourd is really nice in terms of design. But there are several drawbacks: it's heavy, even when empty. This makes it difficult for a one-and-a-half-year-old to drink. I'm not necessarily happy with the Sport cap, which is impractical and doesn't make it easy for children to be independent (you have to turn the cap, and it hurts your fingers). And the cap protection has a lot of trouble closing (you have to tap on it to get it to close properly). To be reviewed perhaps...

I had to call back several times to find out where my order was and so it had to be sent back! An order that takes more than 3 weeks I think it's a shame!

Very nice! And handy as my boy is anaphylactic so I could put his allergy down too!.

Nice label, on time delivery, small downside concerning the duration of the labels, the name is already fading.

The drawings for the labels are very childish, but it's useful even for teenagers to be able to mark clothes for when they go to camp and it's possible to have their laundry washed! Adapted drawings would be appreciated.

Nice labels, but the order did not conform to what had been validated on the site; too bad...

My order never arrived! I knew there would be discounts, but I preferred to order early in June to have time to prepare my children's bags for the summer camps ... nothing received! The site asked me to wait until June 22 for delivery. This shipment was quick tb . So the 3 stars are for this last shipment. I wonder why I didn't receive anything the first time: order really gone? In short, mixed ....

The label comes off when washed at 30°C.

The promised welcome discount code for the first order didn't work and after a lot of email correspondence with the service team I was finally told that it wouldn't work and I would have to pay the full price 🙁

The design, the delivery, the ease with which the labels can be attached, great! Except that in the first wash, a lot of the labels have already come off... a real shame.

Fast delivery just unfortunate it was not what I ordered. I got the name and background but no picture. Thankfully it's enough to label my daughters clothing I was looking forward to getting the picture as well.

As for the labels, nothing to say, they're rather pretty and of good quality. But I don't give them many stars because I didn't appreciate the way I was "not treated". My order was in a hurry, so I took the liberty of sending an e-mail to customer service asking whether or not it was possible to arrange for me to receive them before the final date (my son's christening). This is because the delivery time announced on the site is for production, not dispatch, but I realized this after I'd placed my order... I never got a reply! I find this unacceptable because I had a real problem, and the labels are expensive. They arrived on the morning of the christening, and I finally stuck them on the same day, so everything turned out fine (fortunately, the christening was actually taking place in my home). However, I'm still disappointed.

The labels are great but the customer service is not good. I bought the same more than 20x already, but of the times I have had problem (shipping not correct) they were not able to solve it.

A little disappointed by the font size on the label, which is really small... You need good eyes !!!! I don't yet have much experience of the quality and durability after washing.

Very large toast box, well-decorated, but the ice cube tray doesn't hold the box properly and falls on the toast and wets everything above it too....
