The labels don't stick very well and wash off after 1 wash.

The package has arrived and they are very nice. I don't investigate the delay because the Italian postal service is capable of anything!!! 🙂

The iron-on labels are beautiful, but they come off in the first wash. I wouldn't recommend them at all!

I have no response from them and I can't get in touch and the package has not arrived.

I placed my order on August 29th. I followed up in between by sending an email saying that I still hadn't received anything. They replied in amazement that they had to take into account the postal delivery time. Today is September 14 and I still haven't received anything. It was supposed to be for the start of the new school year.

Deadlines not met. No commercial gesture to compensate for the delay.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HALF A MONTH AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED. Half a month later I have not received my order. I complained and they told me to wait.... and if it didn't arrive in a while I should contact them again to see what they could do.

I never received my order and when I tried to contact customer service, no one got back to me.

I placed an order on 02/09, today 14/09 I still have not received anything....

The labels didn't stick after the first wash at 40 degrees. However, the instructions for applying the labels were followed.

It has now been two weeks since the purchase and the product has still not arrived....

Received the order and despite following the instructions provided the labels came off during the wash.

The advertisement we guarantee manufacture within 48 hours misleads because you expect ultra fast delivery which is not the case at all. I waited 2 weeks to receive the order and so my daughter is to date at school without erichette on the clothes x 2 weeks and when at school they change them even 4 times a day you can understand that it is a disaster
