These iron-on name labels simply don't work. I bought them for my son's clothes and the majority of them have come off in the very first wash. The only ones that have stayed on are the few that I ironed on to the labels of the clothes, rather than on to the material directly, however, obviously this is sometimes just not possible to do and the instructions provided don't suggest that this is what you need to do. I would strongly advise others not to purchase these name labels, as I feel that they were a waste of money and a waste of time. I personally know someone else who has experienced the same issue with these labels so this is clearly not just a one-off. They look lovely but frankly I will be going back to the stick on labels that you can purchase from Amazon for half the price and which don't come off in the wash.

When I placed my order, within five minutes of validating my basket, I immediately sent a request to cancel an item ordered by mistake. The response was that it was too late, as my order had already been dispatched!!!! 5 minutes after validating my basket!!!! Incredibly fast to print on a gourd and labels!!!! Forgot the 7-day right of withdrawal, as well as the commercial gesture after the numerous orders placed previously. For my part, I call this forced selling. After so many years of ordering and satisfaction, I've been disappointed and I won't be ordering from this site again, that's for sure.

Order placed on 5/29/2020, to date which is 6/15/2020 nothing has arrived. I contacted customer service several times giving evidence of a problem with the shipping number because it indicated "awaiting package custody", but I was not listened to but rather scoffed at saying that they know how it works and don't need my links to the courier site. Opened dispute on paypal and requested urgent shipment. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Hello, I'm really sorry but two disappointments on the picnic boxes (x2).... A clip that has already broken and the design that is coming off on the front.... I placed a fairly substantial order for self-adhesive labels and a small personalized fabric bag. Nothing wrong with the labels, but the bag is a disaster: the stitching threads are sticking out everywhere and the seams are not stopped, so if you pull on them everything falls apart! Frankly, I'm very disappointed with this bag, I'm going to have to do all the stitching myself, spending 9 euros for nothing.... Even if the labels are great, I won't be ordering from a site that really doesn't care about people!
