Labels arrived quickly but some came off right away with washing

Second order, as much as the first conquered me, the second is a big disappointment. The labels don't stay on the objects and for the clothes, from the first wash the labels ended up in the machine. It's a shame, because the choice of colors and patterns is wide and pleasant!

The product was great but it was left without an envelope or anything in a mailbox and I had sent it to my work address. Anyone could have picked it up from my front door. For whoever takes the shipment.
I've ordered labels three times, fast delivery: efficient I ordered water bottles and lunch boxes to test: very satisfactory products, but a canvas bag was missing. I reported this and was offered a return, which I accepted at the same time as another order I wanted to place. I've just received the parcel and 3 bottle stoppers are missing. It's a pity that delivery is a problem.

Service envoi bcp too slow
Correct labels, but received the parcel more than a week after ordering, i.e. after my son had left on his discovery trip. No respect for the 48-hour deadline. Fortunately, I had doubled my order with a competitor who met the deadline.
The items supplied are very nice in themselves, but a bit expensive. Payment with Paypal did not work despite several attempts via different devices and browsers etc. In the end I paid by credit card.

I think the rendering is superb. I took the iron-on labels, but unfortunately I threw away a garment because I burned the fabric. It's not easy to get the hang of it. Practice on old clothes first.

Ordering is easy but the tracking is not there and shipping takes too long.

Very practical and very pretty labels, but it's a shame they came off in the 1st wash. Only downside.
The stickers for the clothes have held up quite well so far. We are definitely disappointed with the stickers for the shoes. After just 1 week, the name is no longer legible. We will definitely have to switch to another supplier.
