I probably read it wrong, but in the kits I bought, there are labels to stick on with an iron, which I hate, and the self-adhesive clothing labels don't come off very well :/ I don't like the special object kits either, which lack small labels for the many pencils (I bought 4 kits).

Hello Caroline, Thank you for your valuable feedback. I can understand your disappointment about the cutting problems, this is not normal and should not have happened. Concerning the different formats, we have a mini label, which fits perfectly on the thinnest pencils, even though it's included in our school packs. Very satisfied with my purchase. I bought several 1 or 2-line labels, round ones and a pack with different shapes. It's cheaper than the competition and you have more freedom for personalization. It's just a shame that the school pack includes clothing labels. I don't use them anymore because I sell them on vinted. I'll order again.

I am disappointed. The cost remains high and the quality is not up to scratch! I have placed several orders with them (the first must date from 2015) and the quality is no longer up to scratch. The self-adhesive labels are badly cut and tear when you try to peel them off.
