It has now been two weeks since the purchase and the product has still not arrived....

Received the order and despite following the instructions provided the labels came off during the wash.

The advertisement we guarantee manufacture within 48 hours misleads because you expect ultra fast delivery which is not the case at all. I waited 2 weeks to receive the order and so my daughter is to date at school without erichette on the clothes x 2 weeks and when at school they change them even 4 times a day you can understand that it is a disaster

I still haven't received anything yet!

Arrived 10 days after shipping notice

Very disappointed for the delivery which was very long as well as some of the labels which do not peel off at all and which are unusable!

The package still hasn't arrived after 10 days

I ordered the labels on August 26 and today, September 13, they still have not arrived! School has started and I have not been able to label anything for my children. Absurd that it takes this long for shipping! If I had known I would have never ordered from this site.

Bought these last year and they were brilliant. This year unfortunately I have been very disappointed. The labels started to come off after 3 days in school and once washed every label fell off. I followed instructions so no idea why they are such poor quality

Bad. I placed an order that never arrived. The purchase was dated August 26th, and since delivery had not yet occurred in early September, I wrote to customer service. I received an email reply in which they "wished" me delivery on Sept. 11, which did not happen. I asked, therefore, for a refund and this time I received an automated reply email containing an invitation to review the service on this site!!!

Labels received are not those of my daughter, in the name of a little boy... I was told to print my labels again, but 1 week later I still hadn't received anything. Very disappointed.

My order was placed on September 1st, and to this day I still have not received my order... I am more than disappointed, now if my purchases are delivered by the Post Office, I will not order... I'm considering a complaint...

Does not stay on clothes. Very disappointed.

I purchased 2 water bottles. One I received it on time the other did not arrive and I had to write to the company who after 2 weeks sent it to me. The product is very nice to look at and seems sturdy but as for the caps they have problems in closing . One leaks water and the other one does not screw on easily it seems that the threads do not match. i am not satisfied at all.

ETERNAL delivery times. My daughter started school and we still did not have the labels despite ordering well in advance.

They did not give me any solution to the delay of the order. It arrived more than a week later. It was the second time I bought, but it will be the last because of the poor service. I will not recommend it.

They sent me the wrong order. I bought one type of stickers and they sent me another and now they give me vague explanations that do not make sense and do not replace the purchase correctly.

Order not collected

Incorrect order received, took a couple of emails to the to acknowledge this and although they confirmed the order would be resent over a week later I have still not received them. Not very helpful now my kids are already back at school. Wouldn't order again, too difficult to resolve any issues.

Avoid! No professionalism with customers. Order never collected, waited a month, no reply whether we left them messages or called them, and finally after a month, the person I spoke to on the phone after calling for two weeks didn't apologize.

After 15 days since they wrote me to say that the shipment had gone out, I still have not received anything and there is no way to contact them.

Order not received

I actually don't know what these products are like because after ordering and paying for them, I have not received them. I contacted the customer service several times but without receiving any kind of explanation and consideration, they answered me with automatic pro emails and of any explanation. The products protanno also be beautiful (I can not judge since I have never received them) but customer service is very bad

Ordered on August 27, it took a while to be processed. Once the parcel had left, something went wrong and I was unable to receive my order. I contacted customer service and was told they would do what was necessary, but I'm still waiting for my bottles. I absolutely do not recommend this site!

My order has not arrived yet, I placed it on August 30.

The two caps of my children's water bottles broke within 24 and 48 hours ... at 22 a bottle I find this very unfortunate and of mediocre quality.

I have been sent someone else's labels and mine have not.

My experience has been very bad, to date since August 29th I have not received the order, I have no response from the company, I have sent many emails and the answer is automatic and I can not talk to anyone. They tell me that they do not know where my order is, which I find very unprofessional so it is the last time I ask for anything and of course I will not recommend them. I have run out of order and money, I needed the labels for the start of the school year and they have not arrived. My daughter has left with the clothes and material marked with a marker because I did not even have time to compare in another site waiting for these. My experience was very bad, very disappointed with the company and with the after-sales service.

I am delighted with my labels and would definitely recommend them.

Delivery delay of at least two weeks without justification on your part.
