Service envoi bcp too slow

Correct labels, but received the parcel more than a week after ordering, i.e. after my son had left on his discovery trip. No respect for the 48-hour deadline. Fortunately, I had doubled my order with a competitor who met the deadline.

The items supplied are very nice in themselves, but a bit expensive. Payment with Paypal did not work despite several attempts via different devices and browsers etc. In the end I paid by credit card.

Fast delivery, the labels are nice, but mine don't wash well, they come off after the clothes have been put in the washing machine.

After machine washing, the labels are already peeling off!

I think the rendering is superb. I took the iron-on labels, but unfortunately I threw away a garment because I burned the fabric. It's not easy to get the hang of it. Practice on old clothes first.

Disappointed... I'm disappointed with the labels. I ordered them several years ago and they held up very well. This time, after putting them under the iron and washing them once in the washing machine, most of them came off...

Ordering is easy but the tracking is not there and shipping takes too long.

Time taken to receive payment far too long due to late dispatch of order and order received when my child was travelling so too late.....

I'm disappointed, the labels come off even before the clothes have been washed, and after washing, let's not talk about it.

Labels peel off, but very fast shipping

Very practical and very pretty labels, but it's a shame they came off in the 1st wash. Only downside.

The stickers for the clothes have held up quite well so far. We are definitely disappointed with the stickers for the shoes. After just 1 week, the name is no longer legible. We will definitely have to switch to another supplier.

Self-adhesive labels don't stick to all textiles. On the shoe pads all writing fades in 2 days with foot rubbing. Order received quickly. Nice design. Very clear website

The iron-on labels are fine, but the self-adhesive ones on the wash label unfortunately don't stick.

Received quickly and as ordered. Original drawings. Legibility is not perfect and lacks clarity (whatever the colors chosen). I love the booklet presentation which makes it very easy to use. The biggest drawback is the way the ink holds on the shoe labels. Whether I was wearing sneakers with socks or barefoot slippers, everything was erased in 5 days. This is most regrettable.

The iron-on labels are top notch, but the object labels and self-adhesive labels are not so great. For my part, they were badly precut, so peeling them off their backing was a real pain, and they even tore.

Great labels, wash-resistant, won't come off. However, I also ordered a personalized gourd and the stopper lasted 1 week...! At that price, I expect more sturdiness... The first time I dropped it, the stopper broke (and I'm on my 3rd or 4th different stopper, since you can buy them separately)...

Quality leaves much to be desired

Fast, careful shipping. Iron-on labels and self-adhesive labels for objects are resistant to washing (in washing machines and dishwashers). However, the self-adhesive labels for clothes do not hold and end up stuck anywhere, or in the washing machine filter after each wash. Too bad....

We did exactly as we were told except that it didn't hold, even though the clothes were worn 48 hours later and washed clean. I would never recommend this site for ordering labels.

Great product! But I didn't take advantage of the promo code I saw on face book, the site was buggy. Too bad.

Very late delivery

The design is very cool and the shipping was fast. The shoe stickers are short lived and I think they need to be improved.

I already knew them, I think it is a fun way to mark things, but this time they took too long, I needed them for a date, I ordered well in advance, and I thought they were lost, and I had to make others to be able to use them because they did not arrive on time.

Having ordered before for my eldest daughters and being very satisfied, I renewed for my youngest. Despite following the instructions carefully, almost all the garment tags came off after one wash. So I was disappointed with this new experience. I had to order new ones, which I won't do. Too bad

Labels that don't fit

The stopper on the gourd doesn't fit properly, and my son lost it the first time he used it. Lunch box a little heavy. Pretty set.

I had two sets of labels sent to me, but I preferred the first ones as they seemed to stand the heat better. The basic product for me was not the same. I'm waiting to see if they will come off.

I regret my purchase as soon as the label for my daughter came off in the second wash.
