I did not receive the labels after 15 days.

I'm unhappy because the garment tags are not machine washable.

It's been 3 weeks since I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived

Lovely name tags but stayed on the garment no more than a week. Not worth the money/time/effort. Will stick to permanent marker

My order has still not arrived. I placed my order 12 days ago. States dispatched within 48hrs which is very misleading!? As it doesnt get delivered for a very long time!! Still waiting...

After almost 3 weeks I still have not received My order!

Hot melt adhesive stickers peel off. They have a very nice design but they are useless if they peel off even if you follow the instructions well. Some of them fell off before I even washed them! The lunch box disappointed me because the personalized design is a sticker on the lid that deteriorates and can easily peel off. Otherwise it seems to be of good quality but it is very heavy to carry it to school. The canteen seems better but it is heavy to carry in the backpack and the cap does not inspire me too much confidence. It's hard to close it.

Very disappointed with the quality from the 1st machine...

I ordered two bottles and the cap on one of them broke on the first use!

My last order has still not arrived 48h service deceitful disappointed with my last order. My 4 previous orders arrived on time.

Extremely slow turnaround, after-sales service other than automatic messages is all you can get in return. In short, service really isn't top-notch!

Order shipped Sept. 2 and after 10 days still not received.

Very poor. I complied with the instructions but the labels purchased a few days ago are not thermoadhesive. Last year they were definitely better quality. I am sorry

After 15 days of requesting information about the order I had to call and when they gave me the tracking number at Correos (a company with terrible service by the way) I had already returned it.

I received object labels, very disappointed I had not seen the difference. I would have liked to be compensated and have clothing labels.

A disaster I placed the order on 25.8 and as of today 12.09 nothing has arrived, I sent at least 5 emails and they told me to be patient until the 10th, so I did then I contacted them again and I haven't even received a response!!!Refund of my money despite several reminders I haven't seen them yet!!!basically it's a FRAUD.

I find it a deception that they say that they are produced in 48 hours and then the fine print says that they take up to 10 days to deliver the product. On the other hand, the labels have come off badly, they peel off the first time they are used. I have carefully followed the instructions, although it is also true that my iron is new and has automatic intelligent temperature control depending on the fabric of each garment. That is to say, I cannot select the temperature to my liking. I think you should take into account that new irons have this limitation.

You have sent me several requests for reviews and advertising but it has been 20 days and the product purchased has not arrived. I have sent two emails and a Facebook message to which I have not received a response!

I used iron-on labels because they seemed more reliable. The result is that after a 40-degree machine wash and a tumble-dry (which is not contraindicated), the ends are starting to peel off. I can't imagine the result at the end of the school year.

Order placed on August 26th and today September 11th has NOT arrived. They offer shipping in 48 hours and here I am with no order.

The first time I buy here and I did not receive my order. I bought it on August 27 and today the child started school....

Disappointed. I usually order from another site. I had already tried c-monétiquette, all the labels were coming off. I tried again, thinking it must be a bad batch. But no! My washer and dryer are full of labels! It doesn't fit at all.
