I never received my order

To date after more than 15 days after the on line purchase we still have not received anything about a delivery that was supposed to arrive within 48 hours. We don't even have on Line details on shipping route.

I have not received my order yet.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service and the quality of the products.

Item not received and my emails are being ignored.

Very disappointed in the product. The design is great and fun but doesn't stay on. I ironed the labels on Sunday and it's now Friday and most of them have all peeled off

It's been 3 weeks since I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived. School has already started and I had to buy new labels.

Since August 25 I am waiting for the goods on Monday my daughter starts school ! Very disappointed

I did not receive my order.

I ordered a gourd and labels. I am very dissatisfied with the gourd, the stopper broke on the first day of use. The site sent me a new one, but this time it's impossible to open. In short, very expensive for what it is, I'm very disappointed!

I received the labels with a name that is not my daughter's name. They confirmed that they would send them to me urgently and it has been a week and I have not received anything! I will not order again, a pity....

I am very disappointed. The iron-on labels don't stick to clothes at all. They peel off after a few days.

The labels don't fit at all, I'm really disappointed.

Lovely name tags but stayed on the garment no more than a week. Not worth the money/time/effort. Will stick to permanent marker

My order has still not arrived. I placed my order 12 days ago. States dispatched within 48hrs which is very misleading!? As it doesnt get delivered for a very long time!! Still waiting...

After almost 3 weeks I still have not received My order!

Hot melt adhesive stickers peel off. They have a very nice design but they are useless if they peel off even if you follow the instructions well. Some of them fell off before I even washed them! The lunch box disappointed me because the personalized design is a sticker on the lid that deteriorates and can easily peel off. Otherwise it seems to be of good quality but it is very heavy to carry it to school. The canteen seems better but it is heavy to carry in the backpack and the cap does not inspire me too much confidence. It's hard to close it.

Very disappointed with the quality from the 1st machine...

I ordered two bottles and the cap on one of them broke on the first use!

My last order has still not arrived 48h service deceitful disappointed with my last order. My 4 previous orders arrived on time.

Extremely slow turnaround, after-sales service other than automatic messages is all you can get in return. In short, service really isn't top-notch!

Order shipped Sept. 2 and after 10 days still not received.

Very poor. I complied with the instructions but the labels purchased a few days ago are not thermoadhesive. Last year they were definitely better quality. I am sorry

After 15 days of requesting information about the order I had to call and when they gave me the tracking number at Correos (a company with terrible service by the way) I had already returned it.

10 days of order still no labels...

They peel off on 1st wash

I received object labels, very disappointed I had not seen the difference. I would have liked to be compensated and have clothing labels.
