After my first purchase, where the labels came off in the wash, I was told by "c mon étiquette" that I must have made a mistake. So I tried again and placed a new order, with the same result.....The labels come off and I have to re-stick them every time I wash them. The designs are nice, but I'm very disappointed with the rest.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service ! In the hour which followed my order, I realized that I had finished an oversight ... to put the family name on my labels! I contacted them immediately by e-mail (3 e-mails) then by telephone a fortnight later... but they couldn't be reached !!!! Non-existent customer service !!!!!! Then 3 days later, an email indicating that my order had been dispatched, and of course my email alerts to modify my order were not taken into account! The next day, 4 days later, customer service finally sent me a message saying "what's the problem". My reply was "well, read my emails", then I explained again, but in any case it was too late, my order had been dispatched !!!!! After that, radio silence !!!! I find myself with labels without the family name and a soap that at the very least hasn't even apologized for not having answered my messages in time! Pathetic ????

I could comment on the product, but it has not arrived. I placed the order a month ago and was told it would arrive in 2-10 days. When that time passed, I contacted them to see what happened, they told me to wait another two weeks. They have no follow up on the order you place. When the 2 weeks pass and I still don't have my order, I send another email and they tell me they will resend my order at no cost (on top of that...). They don't give me the option to get my money back, when after more than a month I NO LONGER NEED what I ordered. Here I am still waiting for the second package they sent me. Shameful, I will never order again.
