The stickers are not sticking properly ?

Unfortunately, the name stickers do not stick to the clothing labels

The labels I have to iron are not of the same quality as the first supply. After washing the garment and ironing the garment and also the label, the latter got ruined which did not happen with the first supply. The hook and loop labels didn't stick very well...they came unhooked even after washing. I have now bought the iron-on ones and have yet to try them out.

Had ordered 2 blocks of stickers and unfortunately one is faulty. 2 pages were printed with the wrong name

The self-adhesive labels do not wash off. Disappointed.

I ordered the iron-on labels. I am very satisfied with the aesthetics and quality of the labels. It was my first order. On the other hand, some of them had already come off after 1 wash... on pure synthetic garments; so in that respect, I'm rather disappointed.

I'm happy with the design of the labels, which correspond well to what I ordered, and with the fast delivery time. However, I'm very disappointed because after the first wash, they all ended up stuck in my washing machine, and at the price of the labels, I was hoping for more than disposable labels.

Termo-adhesive or self-adhesive clothing labels don't always stick. Three times I put a sticky label on my daughter's denim jacket. She came back from school each time without a label. They didn't last a day. Ditto on her fabric snack bag. I also tried the stickers on her jacket label, same thing, she came home from school without one. No worries with object labels. They hold well. To be seen over time. I've used another brand in the past for my eldest and had no problems. I think the presentation of the labels is very nice and practical. That's why I wanted to test the brand.

Impeccable quality with every order. But the delivery time is sometimes a bit long when it comes to international orders.

The garment labels hold much less than before.... too bad I thought the system was excellent, a real time saver... disappointed with the new quality.

Already ordered several times. But this time, the drawings on the bento were badly stuck and the writing not so harmonious. But the product itself is of the usual high quality.

The name on the label is very small, but there's plenty of room.

Ordering was simple and delivery relatively quick. Very nice box and good size. Unfortunately, after the first wash, the sticker came off in a corner. So I'm disappointed.

The printing is good and the design true to what appeared on the web but the die-cutting on some of the labels was not deep enough and it was almost impossible to peel them off. We had to use scissors.

Very disappointed compared to last year. The labels have to be put on with an iron and most of them came off without even being washed. Whereas last year the labels were self-adhesive and I still have all the labels that have held despite machine washing.

I'm happy with the labels. On the other hand, for a 2.5 year old, the closing system is a bit complicated. And then for the sandwich tin, the drawing and the name are glued plastic that comes off. I thought it was as serious as the gourd.

On May 2, I placed an order for labels that I needed by May 12. On May 9 I had not received anything and asked for clarification, in the reply it was clarified that the shipment does not have a tracking number, that the delivery date is approximate and "unless delayed by the postal service" and I was asked to be patient until May 18. Frankly in this day and age 2 weeks between order and delivery is excessive. For the record, delivery took place on May 17 turning out to be completely useless, the envelope is lying on my desk and I haven't even opened it yet.

The delivery took a very long time (almost 4 weeks), the stickers are pretty, but some of them don't stick very well. I'm used to better from other suppliers.

The labels are good but unfortunately the delivery time is not as advertised on the site, they say 48h, but the labels arrived after 8 days so I did not use them because they arrived the day after my daughter left!

Very disappointed, despite the fact that I followed the instructions for placing the labels, they didn't even last 1 week, so I wouldn't recommend it.

If sponsorship would work, it would be even better! Impossible to inspire a friend

Ordered for a school trip. Great for the trip. A little disappointed afterwards, I found them in the washing machine as I went along.

Fast and high quality

The labels are pretty and easy to stick on, but 1/3 of them didn't stand up to the first wash...

Fast but not very commercial service. No order cancellations in the event of customer error, unlike photo-book publishers, for example. If you don't like the way the product looks when you receive it, it's impossible to get a refund, even if you send back the labels.

Label to stick on the garment label not great because often the basic label is cut off because it's annoying, so... I can confirm that the label comes off in the first wash... Disappointing...

The clothing labels did not all hold up in the wash despite following the instructions. Luggage tags didn't stick at all. Some object labels also came unstuck. Only the shoe tags held perfectly. Very disappointed.

Iron-on labels peel off in the first wash

I really liked the concept: choice of endings, designs... The presentation of the labels in this booklet was too pretty, and my daughter also liked the stickers... on the other hand, I was really disappointed by the hold of the thermo-glued labels, which all came off in the first wash, or even before. I'd like to point out that I followed the instructions perfectly, paying attention to the materials, the iron temperature and where to put them.

They can arrive faster and they can inform where the order is going, not simply that it has already left...from where? Where is it going? When is it expected to arrive (not the maximum delivery time)?
