RAS c'est parfait

I have not received it after 16 days. I don't even have any information and they don't answer my e-mails.

It has been more than two weeks and I have not received my order and I have not even received a reply to the incident I have filed.

Order placed since August 27th and I have not received it yet.no explanation or any other option like refunding my money.very unhappy. I will never buy from them again.

The labels are very pretty and well presented, but once they've been ironed on they come off after one or two uses! Unfortunately, the goal was not achieved! Complete disappointment.

Iron-on label won't stick First wash in delicate 30 degrees and none of the labels will stick anymore Disappointed to have paid to do it all over again

I still haven't received anything

It does not stick well at all, it costs a lot to stick it, and when you get it, it comes off easily. Money wasted.

I have not received the package and they do not even answer my emails.

I have not received my parcel and the after-sales service does not help me. Very dissatisfied.

Fatal, I placed the order on August 25 and I'm still waiting, they wrote me saying it was probably lost and they were making it again, and I'm still waiting...I don't need it anymore.

Very disappointed after having ordered many times I fell on a batch badly cut it is very difficult to unstick them of their sheet so much which this cut in 2 thus batches of 40 labels which I cannot serve me

Little service, telephone is not manned and e-mail inquiries are only dealt with days later.

On the site they promote 48h manufacturing without clearly explaining that it takes 10 working days for downstream delivery!

I have been waiting for my labels for over 3 weeks.

Label peels off after 1st wash, really disappointed, especially for my 1st order. This will be my last order.

Very poor product . It washes off from the first wash . I won't recommend it . Waste of my money.

It is useless for you to send me the rating, when the ones I ordered have yet to arrive..... Not even coming from China.

I placed my order on August 23rd and I am still waiting, I have contacted you several times and you do not give any solution, when the order is already paid.

They lost my order, it took a long time to arrive and there was no quick explanation, send it again and wait longer.

Having placed an order (for a considerable amount) a week before the start of the new school year, I'm very disappointed to have only received it 2 days after the start of the new school year...that's 2 days too late! I thought the delivery time was much shorter; moreover I tried to contact your services during the waiting period without any response from you... I therefore think that a commercial gesture would have been very appropriate.

In 20 days it has not arrived and I have had to request a refund. I ran out of labels

I placed an order and it said that in 48 hours I would deliver the package instead it's been a good ten days and still nothing ..I'm still waiting ..if I knew before I didn't place any order or I would rely on another company....

Order placed on August 29. And shipped the next day..September 10 still nothing and you can't even check the order status!!!

Not having received my order until now I can not put a favorable comment I contacted customer service by mailils have not deemed necessary to answer me.

I have not received my order I placed two orders, one of them the letter carrier threw it over the door falling into the garden and it got wet that night with the rain. The other order has not arrived yet, with all the time that has passed I think it must have been lost. It would be nice if the delivery was by hand or as registered letter or pick up at the post office....
