Ordered on 17 March. Received no confirmation email. I had to ask via Instagram where my order was. Told if it hadn't arrived before 20th April to get in touch again. It's now 16th April so a month since I placed my order and still no sign of it!

Address error delivered to my old address from over 1 year ago when I had changed the billing address thinking it would be taken into account. I've sent 2 emails with no response from you and with containment, I don't even know if they're going to reship my order to the right address! I'm very disappointed because the labels don't stick over time, i.e. the label is ironed onto the fabric, so far no problem, the label holds, but once the garment is worn, the fabric dries and the label falls off, or sometimes it falls off in the washing machine.... it's a shame, none of the labels on the different fabrics held...
