Delayed delivery

Very long delivery time. My order arrived too late

Hello, to my great regret, the last labels I bought did not wash out. I was very surprised and disappointed, even though I'm used to the product. Sincerely

My labels don't stay on clothes after washing or on items after dishwashing !!!! ??????

The stickers are quite nice but the transfer was not supplied with me and so I first have to see what might work. That's a big minus point. The transfer cloth. It wasn't included with my delivery and I don't know how I'm going to get the stickers to stick without it.

I ordered labels for my 2 boys. The labels for one of the 2 boys are perfectly made but for the other the label is badly cut (white edge) so I'm a bit disappointed 🙁

Quite disappointed with this 2nd order. The labels have been placed and after a wash, they are mostly all unstuck. I didn't have this with my previous order.

All perfect....the only downside the delivery time takes a long time.

I shouldn't have bought this size of label, I bought the square ones. And if I had to do it all over again, I'd have taken the iron-on ones, at least they stick directly onto the garment. The design is very nice.

I do like them but the colour is slightly different to the website so look a bit cheap, because of this I think they are expensive. Delivery time was very slow.

I found the waiting period very long and the price of the labels quite high.

Great difficulty in peeling stickers off to stick them onto the cloths, have not incountered this issue with previous purchases

I ordered the personalized lunch boxes for myself and my son, which really aren't cheap. Unfortunately, after the third wash (hand washing the lid as instructed), the adhesive label with the name and pattern came off. I am disappointed. Update: very great customer service, I received a new lunch box with the sticker firmly stuck on. THANK YOU!

The messages I send for gifts are never sent with the orders and that's a shame for me.

For this order (the previous ones didn't have this problem) the labels peeled off very badly.

I bought some self-adhesive labels for clothes, the design is well reproduced compared to the model, but some labels come off in the first wash, which is a shame. The strength of the adhesive needs to be reviewed. Thanks

Good product. However, delivery was longer than expected. I recommend taking early to place the order. However, I am satisfied with it.

The order arrived very late! Had to wait 6 weeks for it! The quality is not what I expected! The print is very blurry! Too bad!

Shipped on April 19, my labels arrived on May 9.... I find it very long!!! On the other hand, I'm discovering the self-adhesive clothing labels, and I'll have to see how well they hold up in the long run, but they're a great idea! Bravo also for increasing the number of colors and patterns!

Great delivery. Great labels on clothes, shoes and slippers, but on some items it doesn't stay, shame to review.

The labels hold well at first, but not over time. Children change size quickly so it's okay but can be annoying for older children.

Hello, I took two types of labels, one for objects and the other self-adhesive for clothes. The labels for objects have held extremely well I am delighted but for clothes after 2 washes they have peeled off I find it not great and on top ...

I've been buying iron-on labels for a few years now but the quality is average, too bad.

The design of the canteen is very nice but the lid breaks very easily.

Hello, I was disappointed with the badge labels for suitcases or backpacks. There was nothing to go with it, just the labels to stick on. I was expecting to receive badges that would go on the bag or suitcase.

I was happy to order but in fact it's like the others : it doesn't hold up. I'm disappointed with the results.

Order not received after more than 2 weeks... Easy to contact after-sales service, order had to be redone... too bad it took so long... :/

To this day I still haven't received anything... even though I've had confirmation of receipt of my order and payment in the meantime my daughter has already left on her school trip... very disappointed! Here we are on the morning of 17/5 and still nothing! This wasn't my first order with you... but it may be my last, given your lack of responsiveness... all my other orders were processed, shipped and received on time in less than a week! Now my daughter has already left and returned from her sea class! Labels that will be useless as we had to find another solution! Have a nice day!

Labels peel off even with a hot iron

I ordered a lunch box for my son, within s few days the lid broke, which I informed to Petit Ferdinand, they mentioned they would send me a replacement ... there weeks later I am still waiting. The products are really nice, I have bought the clothing labels and they are fantastic, unfortunately the issue with lunch box has been really disappointing.

The stopper on the water bottle we bought is already broken after 2 weeks of use...

Very nice label but unfortunately the 48h shipping time is not respected. I had to wait 3 weeks before receiving my order. After calling 3 times.

I received my parcel damaged and soaked. I sent a message to c mon étiquette to inform them and I had no return... I am very disappointed.

Despite correct application, some labels come off after just a few wears and washes. It would be desirable if you could choose whether it should be single-line or double-line. Possibly also choose which size or something narrower/smaller, for example the self-adhesive labels for clothing are too big for some labels where I wanted to use it, so I had to cut something off.

Not easy to remove labels from their holders
