I was very disappointed with my last order because more than half of the iron-on labels came off the garments after only 5 days, although I followed the instructions as usual. To date I've had to write in pen on the garment label because I didn't have enough iron-on labels. I won't be ordering any more iron-on labels for my twins' next school year, I'll stick with the self-adhesive ones. It's a shame, I've always been happy with every order I've placed with you.

My 2 and a half year old daughter clumsily dropped the bottle and the cap broke into pieces. To prevent her from hurting herself, I removed the stopper, thinking that I could recommend a new one, except that orders cost a minimum of 9 euros. The cork is 8 euros. I also find that opening it is not easy for this age, she can't do it and has to ask for help every time she's thirsty, even though the aim is to make them fall.
