Very poor product . It washes off from the first wash . I won't recommend it . Waste of my money.

It is useless for you to send me the rating, when the ones I ordered have yet to arrive..... Not even coming from China.

I placed my order on August 23rd and I am still waiting, I have contacted you several times and you do not give any solution, when the order is already paid.

They lost my order, it took a long time to arrive and there was no quick explanation, send it again and wait longer.

Having placed an order (for a considerable amount) a week before the start of the new school year, I'm very disappointed to have only received it 2 days after the start of the new school year...that's 2 days too late! I thought the delivery time was much shorter; moreover I tried to contact your services during the waiting period without any response from you... I therefore think that a commercial gesture would have been very appropriate.

In 20 days it has not arrived and I have had to request a refund. I ran out of labels

I placed an order and it said that in 48 hours I would deliver the package instead it's been a good ten days and still nothing ..I'm still waiting ..if I knew before I didn't place any order or I would rely on another company....

I have not received my order I placed two orders, one of them the letter carrier threw it over the door falling into the garden and it got wet that night with the rain. The other order has not arrived yet, with all the time that has passed I think it must have been lost. It would be nice if the delivery was by hand or as registered letter or pick up at the post office....

The labels are nice. But delivery supposedly in 48 hours, received a week after the estimated date. Very disappointed

Order made on August 26 and not ...it's September 10, it's really not nice...I want to be reimbursed 9euros the amount of my order.

We followed the instructions to the letter, but none of the labels we applied held. Some peeled off even before the first wash.

Labels never arrived even though I ordered them 1 week before the start of the school year. My daughter is entering her first year of kindergarten and still doesn't have any labels so that the teacher knows it's her stuff. They had to describe her things in pen. I'm sickened

I ordered my labels on August 29th and to this day (September 9th) I still haven't received anything.... I sent an e-mail a few days ago and was told to wait until September 14...that there might be a delay due to the post office. I'm really annoyed because, like all moms, at the start of the new school year you need lots of labels for markers, pencils, books, etc....

Absolutely impractical water bottle. The swivel system for drinking and closing is extremely complex for a two-and-a-half year old. We are very disappointed with this product. What's more, the after-sales service won't listen.
