I received my order more than 1 week later than expected...too bad.

The labels don't stay on after the 1st wash I'm disappointed.

I received my parcel damaged and soaked. I sent a message to c mon étiquette to inform them and I had no return... I am very disappointed.

Despite correct application, some labels come off after just a few wears and washes. It would be desirable if you could choose whether it should be single-line or double-line. Possibly also choose which size or something narrower/smaller, for example the self-adhesive labels for clothing are too big for some labels where I wanted to use it, so I had to cut something off.

Not easy to remove labels from their holders

Mobile site totally incompatible with iOS which prevented me from finalizing the payment of my order directly. However, my order was still visible on my account... until I could no longer connect to it! The bank transfer was made after contacting customer service by e-mail, which is quite responsive and efficient... Once paid, the order arrived safely. I'm still waiting for my account to be released...

Unfortunately,after a wait of 3 weeks, the order did not arrive. Customer service very kindly responded immediately by sending me back another shipment which I have been waiting for 3 business days. The reason was that being a standard shipment, it cannot be tracked, but clearly having paid at the time of the order, I expect to receive it.

I ordered two gourd stoppers and only received one... I was told I would receive the second one but I'm still waiting.

Pretty flask and conforms to the order but I find a little expensive all the same.

I was more satisfied with my first order.... for this one the printing is not very good and the writing is not always clear.

Stickers look lovely. But they come of in the wash though, that's after leaving them on clothing for a few days before wearing then washing.

It wasn't the labels I was expecting...

This is not the first time I have ordered. This time I found that the quality of the labels was not so good. Example: shoe labels that have all come unstuck.

The material, motif, name and packaging are very nice. Unfortunately, after the first wash of the children's clothes at 40 degrees, they came off again from many parts. I have now ironed them onto the labels and hope that they will hold better there than on the clothes.

I ordered personalized mugs. I was kindly given a small discount as the total cost of my order was substantial. I really liked the mugs, and it's true that they're very pretty. It's still a bit expensive, and one of the mugs looks like it's been stitched on the inside, with little white dots probably in the wrong color. But it's not noticeable. The other 4 mugs are impeccable. Otherwise perfect packaging for delivery: little risk of breakage by the driver.

I have made several orders.the labels that stick great,on the other hand those that stick with the iron fatal,peel off.the first order I did well,because no peeled off any and endured much washing and dryer,but then do not know what has changed that peel off at the first change and new

Perfect order processing. Iron-on labels of poor quality. Some barely withstood 1st wash.

The order arrived on time, the labels are beautiful but don't stick. They stick after 2 or 3 washes and drying. It shouldn't come off. I'm not talking about the last order. I'm talking about the labels I ordered for clothing.

The products are beautiful, with a lot of variability to customize, but I received a first product damaged (the vinyl peeled off and stained), they quickly replaced it, but the second I received was also damaged (a flap of the lunchbox broken) Thanks that I could change the flap of the dirty vinyl to the one that was fine, but of three products received that two are damaged does not seem right to me. However, if I had to order something again I would think about it more, but I think I would still repeat, because the attention and speed in solving the problem was impeccable and for the quality and originality of the product.

Satisfied but the labels still come off on some materials.

I follow the instructions for use as it says putting the onion paper that you sent, the iron at the temperature, no steam, just press with the iron, even I am more seconds and it does not stick at all.

The labels were really hard to peel off (sticky shoe labels). Even if I was patient and delicate, I damaged a few. Disappointed.

The labels are very pretty but come off easily ... either after machine washing or simply after wearing the garment several times

It's been several times that I order labels to stick on my children's clothes. This is the 2nd time I've ordered self-adhesive labels for clothes, and they don't stick well in the clothes. I found several at the bottom of my washing machine even though I had followed the instructions.

They are very nice labels but they often peel off....

Fast shipping, easy payment, cute motifs. However, the product does not work as described.

Fast delivery, very nice and easy to use labels, but disappointed because after washing at 60 degrees, the self-adhesive labels (stuck on as indicated on the garment's brand label) almost all came off. Too bad, really.

Great on labels. Completely unsuitable for sandwich boxes and water bottles, both of which broke after less than 2 months of use.

I ordered a mug and a set of 10 object labels. As much as I'm satisfied with my mug, which is still very pretty despite a slightly small font. However, the labels started to fade very quickly! After 3 days, the background color was lost. 2 weeks later, the small design I'd chosen was also very damaged. For the price at which the labels are sold, this is really disappointing. Especially as there's a minimum order value, and shipping costs are added to the price. I have no doubt that the c-mon-étiquette team are doing their best, and I thank them. In spite of everything, I'll be taking my labels back from their Toulouse-based competitors in the autumn, who have completely satisfied me over the last few years.

The stickers are nice and small in design and well made, but unfortunately they only last one wash and then I take them out of the machine one by one and I only wash them at 30-40 degrees. Too bad

Superb labels, great choice. but the quality isn't there. 1st wash they come off. i'm disappointed.
