I placed my order on 9/7 and it was delivered on 26/7, so delivery took a long time. However, when I wrote to customer service, they were very quick to reply, which I appreciated, and offered a discount on a future purchase. On the other hand, the product is great, I took the complete pack and frankly it's very well done, my daughter loves it too. So I'm very satisfied with the product, minus the delivery.

Quality, speed and convenience
Iron-on labels are no problem on clothes as they don't come off in the wash and last over time. However, some labels for objects come off easily (water bottle, school stuff).
Stickers are great... The free extra stickers were also well received. However, shipping took a long time (10 days).

I think the name stickers are fantastic, I still belong to the generation that had to sew them in. I hated it when school trips or vacations were announced always with the request to mark everything by name. But now that's no longer a problem and the fact that you can design them yourself is perfect.
I have placed two orders. One recently but one a month ago and I still haven't received anything Thank you.

Very, very nice stickers. My children are already looking forward to sticking them on their school things. We bought them 2 years ago, so I can say that they stick very well, even on textiles that are washed often.
A correct address and a return product because address not found so 2 weeks to be delivered to another address thank you to SAV for its responsiveness
Motifs are great, but blurry. We have already ordered several times from EsIstMeins. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated a little from time to time and the lettering and motifs are blurred. It's a real shame, because we think the design options at EsIstMeins are much better than those of the competition.
I recommend the self-adhesive labels, which are very practical to use and stand up well to repeated washing. Iron-on labels, on the other hand, don't stand up to machine washing. Too bad. I'll go back to the self-adhesive ones.
