Defect on my order

I wouldn't order from you again. It's said 48 hrs for my order and 12 days later still waiting on my order. Kids gone back to school so had to buy more labels . To be told it takes 10 days due to France strikes. Great ... 12 days at still nothing

I placed a order which part was missing after receiving a email to say it would be with me within next 48 hours.....and still waiting

Incomplete delivery - no after-sales service Missing 2 items out of 3 ordered After 15 days, the after-sales service told me to wait another 10 days. And the item received (gourd) broke after 24 hours. Very bad experience

I haven't received my order and when I send an email to ask where my order is I just get an automatic email telling me to wait until September 13th. I placed another order with your competitor.

Labels peeled off after 1st wash at 30 degrees! Very disappointed.

Hello, I'm very disappointed and annoyed! To this day my order has still not arrived, it's been more than 10 days since I placed my order, I had to buy this weekend all the school supplies for my son to start a new school year in P.S and no labels thank you !!!!!! I won't order from you again! I hope to receive my labels one day and of course the debit was very quick !!!!

Disappointed 🙁 the labels don't stand up to washing at all (wash at 30°) I couldn't follow the application instructions to the letter. Had I known, I would have used the iron-on labels.

Delivery rotten nulllll very disappointed My daughter's homecoming was ruined by you. Forced to bring back all her stuff to label it! You are responsible for the service provider you work with.

It's been 10 days since i placed my order, the invoice has been charged to me and i still haven't received anything. despite my numerous requests, the site doesn't give a clear answer to my complaint and asks me to wait even though it's a registered letter. it's a disgrace.

Delivered very late (still not received even though I placed the order on August 27). I had to make my daughter's labels myself. What's more, the after-sales service had nothing to do with it. No refund, nothing. Apparently, for them, 48 hours in real life is 15 days (bha yes dixit the SAV, delivery times of the post, they are not responsible). So apparently it's normal that I didn't get them on September 8! So everything's fine with them. False advertising, no 48-hour delivery. And no one behind the scenes. As soon as I have time I'm going to advertise your thieving, non-refunding company with their 48h false advertising. I therefore do not recommend this site at all, and I will never recommend your thieving site. I put a star because I have no choice otherwise it would be 0 star!

Lame! Iron-on labels don't stick! Without being worn or washed or anything! But I follow the instructions! Iron without steam at 200 degres with greaseproof paper!

More than a week after the confirmation AND PAYMENT of the order, I have received nothing nor any news regarding the shipment. Although I requested information via email, it has not been provided to me. BAD.

They deceive customers because they say it will be ready in 48 hours and that is a lie because I ordered it on the 27th and I am still waiting for it today.

The stickers are the ideal size and read perfectly. Would be improved with a more affordable price

Frankly very disappointed, I followed everything to the letter and it doesn't stick well. I'd already tried it at a friend's house and loved it, but now I have the impression that the labels are defective. None of them stuck. For the price it's sad.

The designs are very nice but the labels come off the clothes in the washing machine. What a pity

I still have not received my order placed on August 22, 2019 for 7940... I sent 2 emails to the after-sales service. I was told that I had to wait until September 6, 2019, well after the start of the school year... as I still haven't received anything, I called you as agreed, I got an answering machine and nobody called me back... So I'd like to know where my order is and when I'm going to receive it? I'm usually delighted with my orders, but in this case I don't understand your lack of communication...

Very disappointed, my son has only had it for 2 weeks and after unclipping the cap to clean it, the cap no longer closes properly and the bottle has leaked into his schoolbag. I think that for 22 euros this is not normal.

They have not met the delivery deadlines. It has been 15 days and I am still waiting for the product. Disappointed.

Very disappointed: the iron-on labels for clothes went off in the 1st wash at 30c. Despite having followed the user guide (iron at maximum - 200c - linen/cotton position - no steam / press for 12 seconds with the greaseproof paper supplied)...... Textiles are suitable for ironing. In short! My label: "Nothing is marked and everything is lost"........

I'm very disappointed that the labels don't stick to the clothes. I find the labels in the washing machine.
