Several labels arrived not even pre-cut on one of the notebooks and the other notebook my labels were very hard to remove... Last time I had no problems and this time two books and two problems. I also bought the personalized bottles, which are very beautiful, but it's a pity that they're not more resistant for children's bottles. One of my daughters dropped hers and the bottom of the bottle chipped off...

If you haven't already done so, please send us an email ([email protected]) with your order number so that we can suggest a solution. As far as the water bottles are concerned, stainless steel is a very resistant material, so there's little risk of breaking it.
