The tags don't stick at all. I had to wash the sticky ones out of the washing machine and the iron-on ones just fell off. In response to my complaint, I was told to send photos. The tags are already off, how can you take a photo? Besides, I really have more important things to do than spend hours gluing and ironing and then taking photos. Your labels will never arrive. This is the second time that I've ordered from petit Fernand. The first time, the labels never arrived. They sent some more out, which also never arrived, so they gave me a refund. 2 years later, in a blind hope that I was just unlucky, I thought I'd give them another go and.... yep, no labels. From my personal experience, if you order with petit Fernand, you will never receive your order. As a positive, the customer service has been good.
