This is my first purchase, I have to say that the water bottle is beautiful and most importantly quality. The ability to customize it is spectacular. The drop saver cap is practical and well made. It holds the temperature of the drink for a long time whether it is cold or hot. The 'only thing is a little expensive . But it is worth it. My 2 1/2 year old is proud of it and every morning he puts it in his backpack himself to go to daycare. I will definitely make more purchases!

Fast service, order placed easily and delivery arrived on time. The labels are great, just like on the website, easy to use .... And they hold really well! We bought some for our son 2 years ago and have never had any problems with them (and yet, the clothes go through the washing machine and tumble dryer regularly...)
