Due to postal misunderstanding I did not receive the order. After my report they immediately remade it and sent it back to me quickly. Satisfied with the service.

Absolutely disappointing. The envelope is described on the site as being 25x30 in size, but it doesn't come to 23x28 with the result that a big notebook doesn't fit! We had ordered a sheet of dinosaur stickers (theme chosen for the whole personalized set for a total expense of over 70 euros) and instead they sent random stickers (totally unwelcome) without even a justification or apology. Sorry, but I don't think I will buy from this site again.

Discarded labels because they don't stick at all despite following the instructions, and sticking them on labels is already ridiculous, no one looks at them. It's a disgrace. I'm going back to your competitors, even if their designs aren't as pretty. It's a shame, because I'd really like your designs.

I absolutely love the stickers, I have been buying them for years. We stick them on everything- school clothes, coats, bags, water bottles etc and they don't come off. The designs and colours are lovely too and can choose something that really fits your child's personality.
