I've been ordering my labels from this site for several years without any problems. But this year I ordered them a week before school started and they took 2 weeks to be delivered! I didn't receive them in time for back-to-school and I'm really disappointed.
I never received my order!
I received my parcel in a mini envelope all crumpled the book of label arrived in a state in view of the price of the labels it would be judicious to pack them in an envelope a little larger and cardboard!

Honestly I think it's a rip-off because my order #3001348411, started August 30... Last update September 4 and there it remains stationary... Already the fact that you have to pay 2 euros more to get the tracking may seem strange (this is the first time it happens to me working different e-commerce myself) ... The same labels can be found on Amazon ... A thousand kinds ... At least you don't get fooled. And if something goes wrong the refund is safe. Good thing I had spent 20 euros so I don't put too much weight on it....
Still not received and no news from customer service
I never received my orders. I'm still waiting for the reply to my request for a refund.

Order placed Aug 25, shipped on 27th to date Sept 9 still nothing. You send emails asking for the order to be rescheduled and confirming the 'address and no one responds. I meanwhile paid for an order that never arrived and not a little (about 35) and I have to label all the school supplies but I can't do it because they are without labels. I repeat from customer service no one responds and I am left waiting for a phantom order and have to spend more money to get school labels. Very bad experience

Frankly a CATASTROPHE there are no other words !!!!! So already more than a month to receive my order, then I order labels for clothes and a gourd or first I am told 15 days after my order that the color of the cap I chose is unavailable so it must change and secondly once the gourd received I realize that it leaks (at the price of the gourd it sucks a little . ) Then (because yes it's not over) the delivery, so the first time the relay point was closed my parcel went back to the sender (rather than offering me another means of delivery) the second time customer service offered me no other solutions and made no commercial gesture for the inconvenience caused I was told that my parcel would be returned to the relay point initially chosen except that on the day of delivery, the driver said that he hadn't been able to drop off the parcel and that he'd delivered it to a drop-off point far from the one I'd chosen (more than 40 minutes' drive). I called customer service to find out what was going on, and once again they told me that it wasn't their fault, that they had no control over it, and that if I didn't want to pick it up there, I'd have to wait ten days for them to do so.Then they tell me that if I don't want to pick it up there, I'll have to wait 10 days for it to be sent back to the sender before sending it back to the relay point I'd chosen. Exasperated by all this, I decide to go and pick up my parcel, too bad for the road, because I needed the labels and the water bottle for my son, who had already started school. Except that once I got there, the relay point said ah non madame désolé mais on n'a aucun colis à votre nom . !?!?!? Seeing me really in a state of intense anger the relay point very kindly tries to see with their delivery software where my package could be and what he tells me !?!? In fact, my parcel was delivered to the relay point I had chosen !!!! More than 40 min drive for nothing because in fact everything was wrong !!! Frankly, it's good to tempt people with attractive prices, but it's also good to have customer service that's up to scratch and to be sure of the quality of the products and delivery !!!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered my labels on August 12, in time for them to arrive at the beginning of my son's school year. On August 26th they had not arrived and I claimed them, they told me it was a postal error and that they would send them again. According to their website it takes between 2 and 4 working days. Today, September 6, I still have not received my labels and they have not given me any answer or solution. My son has already started school and I have had to mark his clothes with a marker pen, after spending 30 euros on labels and a bag with his name that has NEVER arrived. A real shame. I have lost 30 euros and I have not received the product and nobody informs me, nor gives me a solution. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Deadline not met, I ordered on August 21 and received on September 05 after the start of the school year. I no longer have any use for them as I had to buy others.
Very very long delivery 15 days since I ordered and I still have nothing.
Delivery and order ok, even if the stopper ordered was no longer available and had to be changed. On the other hand, we ordered water bottles and the name disappeared less than a week later, without having rubbed them or put them in the dishwasher. mediocre quality.
After three years of ordering from you without any problems, this year it's a disaster. I've had three orders: one with badly cut labels and two that got lost. The parcels are not tracked, so I have to wait to send them back. When I receive it, it's not the right design and I'm still waiting for one for an order placed on August 20. Back to school was a week ago and I had to order elsewhere. Very nice customer service but they can't do anything and won't even refund my order. I am very very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
1st week of school, 1st washings and all the iron-on clothing labels are gone. I don't recommend it at all.
I ordered labels on August 23rd for my child's return to CP. Guaranteed delivery before the start of the school year (supposedly...) to be sure of receiving them on time, we even opted for accelerated delivery. Result: labels arrived 4 days after school started! I had to rush off to find another way of labeling all her things, because it was compulsory. And last year, same problem! My order was lost and therefore also received late. HONEST!
Always used Petit-fernand for my name labels. Unfortunately this time, the quality was poor. Very pixelated the name isn't a clear print. I did request a refund or a re-print. They offered a re-print but it arrived the same poor quality.
I made a first order which never arrived. Lost by Chronopost. I had to contact the c mon étiquette service. I was then offered a new order which also never arrived. This time it wasn't Chronopost but c mon étiquette who never sent my new order. After 20 days of waiting for all this, I found myself without an order and without the labels before my children went back to school. I don't recommend this site at all.
My order was dispatched on 23/08/2024. As of 06/09/2024, it is in "Delivered" status, but I still haven't received anything.

I have not received my parcel. I notified a change of address and was told it was taken care of. Products that I didn't order came with it. I won't be ordering again as I can't find my parcel.

The service, the communication and the packaging of the product, the prices they have are not equivalent to any of the processes of this company, the first and last time I will buy.
