HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered my labels on August 12, in time for them to arrive at the beginning of my son's school year. On August 26th they had not arrived and I claimed them, they told me it was a postal error and that they would send them again. According to their website it takes between 2 and 4 working days. Today, September 6, I still have not received my labels and they have not given me any answer or solution. My son has already started school and I have had to mark his clothes with a marker pen, after spending 30 euros on labels and a bag with his name that has NEVER arrived. A real shame. I have lost 30 euros and I have not received the product and nobody informs me, nor gives me a solution. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I never received my labels for my daughter's first day of school ... I did everything I could to get them on time, i.e. by August 10.

I bought labels for clothes. After 3 washes, they come off even though I followed the instructions for gluing and washing...

I have no shipment tracking, I have not received anything.

The order was delayed a lot AND apart from that it arrived where it should not have arrived, and the item was not from my perspective it is not as shown on the page completely different

Hello, all the labels come off after 2 or 3 washes.

Deadline not met, I ordered on August 21 and received on September 05 after the start of the school year. I no longer have any use for them as I had to buy others.

Very very long delivery 15 days since I ordered and I still have nothing.

Delivery and order ok, even if the stopper ordered was no longer available and had to be changed. On the other hand, we ordered water bottles and the name disappeared less than a week later, without having rubbed them or put them in the dishwasher. mediocre quality.

After three years of ordering from you without any problems, this year it's a disaster. I've had three orders: one with badly cut labels and two that got lost. The parcels are not tracked, so I have to wait to send them back. When I receive it, it's not the right design and I'm still waiting for one for an order placed on August 20. Back to school was a week ago and I had to order elsewhere. Very nice customer service but they can't do anything and won't even refund my order. I am very very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

1st week of school, 1st washings and all the iron-on clothing labels are gone. I don't recommend it at all.

I ordered labels on August 23rd for my child's return to CP. Guaranteed delivery before the start of the school year (supposedly...) to be sure of receiving them on time, we even opted for accelerated delivery. Result: labels arrived 4 days after school started! I had to rush off to find another way of labeling all her things, because it was compulsory. And last year, same problem! My order was lost and therefore also received late. HONEST!

Always used Petit-fernand for my name labels. Unfortunately this time, the quality was poor. Very pixelated the name isn't a clear print. I did request a refund or a re-print. They offered a re-print but it arrived the same poor quality.

I made a first order which never arrived. Lost by Chronopost. I had to contact the c mon étiquette service. I was then offered a new order which also never arrived. This time it wasn't Chronopost but c mon étiquette who never sent my new order. After 20 days of waiting for all this, I found myself without an order and without the labels before my children went back to school. I don't recommend this site at all.

My order was dispatched on 23/08/2024. As of 06/09/2024, it is in "Delivered" status, but I still haven't received anything.

I have not received my parcel. I notified a change of address and was told it was taken care of. Products that I didn't order came with it. I won't be ordering again as I can't find my parcel.

Order number 4002167249 I have tried to email, instagram, Facebook. I've been ignored on all platforms. Order never arrived, day 12 now! Will have to dispute with PayPal.

The service, the communication and the packaging of the product, the prices they have are not equivalent to any of the processes of this company, the first and last time I will buy.

I've never seen anything like this! I've been waiting for my order for over two weeks! I will never order from them again! It looks like a scam!

Hello, I never received the labels! Ordered around August 20-22. Serious business as usual. I am very pleased and can only recommend labels elsewhere! Too bad.

I never received the labels I ordered, the site was supposed to send me new ones, after 8 days still nothing..... The children went back to school a week ago, the initial order was placed on 12/08.... In short, very disappointed

The delivery was terrible, they delivered it to the wrong address and then took it to a seur point outside my city, where I had to go and pick it up.

I never received my order! Since it was a non-tracked delivery I don't know where it is...

I received the wrong labels and 7 days later I still haven't heard back from customer service.

After several years of ordering on the site, I ordered again and this time I was very disappointed. I ordered for the first time a gourd and a snack box, the thermo gourd arrived with the drawings completely yellowed although the material seems to be of excellent quality. The patterns are really disappointing. Maybe it's just bad luck

After three years of ordering from this site without any problems, this year it's a catastrophe. The labels never arrived, even though it was noted that delivery was guaranteed before the start of the school year. I had to call customer service time and time again to get a return by colissimo. Their service has no view on the tracking of packages, so I have to wait to get a return. 15 days later I received my labels with a different design than the one selected, and they told me there was nothing they could do for me.

2 orders placed for my 2 daughters, labels for one of my daughters ended up in the middle of the 2nd daughter's notebook. One page just lay in the notebook without being stapled. And all the pages were staggered in the 2 notebooks (shorter sheets under longer ones). For the price of the booklet, I find that the service provided is not qualitative. Customer service was unable to offer a commercial gesture without my asking, and the first response to my complaint was "we'll do better next time". Too bad. There won't be a next time, I'll order elsewhere.

15 days to finally get my order!!!!!!! My children have already gone back to school. I had to buy other labels! I'm not the only one in the case and no response on facebook to the post that people leave! 1st and last order for me!

The delivery came too late - much later than announced. Unreliable, very annoying. When the labels finally arrived, I no longer needed them.
