Processing time not particularly fast and especially not clear when ordering

I followed the instructions to the letter, after the first wash some labels still started to peel off.

Wrong order at the first time, sent back for free and dispersed, at the third time I managed to get what I ordered. service anyway good

Gave 3/5 stars because I never received my labels...I got sent someone else's (and mine went to another customer!). Got my refund quickly at least.

I ordered self-adhesive labels, but after 1 wash some of them are already coming off, even though I did everything right beforehand. Maybe the thermo-adhesive ones are more effective.

Unfortunately, it is very slow for the product to arrive home especially since it is shipped almost immediately. The first time was faster than the second time. But for the quality of the products I would reorder more times!

I purchased kindergarten backpack, pencil cases,name stickers, and water bottle. All very cute but not justified related to the prices! The name sticker in the backpack,after not even 2 weeks of kindergarten is coming off...I thought better!

Love the product but delivery takes too long

The stickers work and they are legible. However, I wanted to order labels for pens, the format kept changing when I was selecting the product and I can't use the labels produced as they are far too big. I also find the glossy coating really awful. The labels for clothing are a bit blurred and also coated. Why do you make something specially for clothing and then they look identical to those for pens? I prefer to order from Kleberli again, I like everything there. It took a total of 13 working days.

For the past 2 years, I've been promised delivery at the start of the new school year, and for the past 2 years, I've had a consequent delay, receiving the product several days after the start of the new school year. Moreover, the customer service I contacted told me that the parcel had been sent by chronopost, whereas I received an email 3 days later telling me that it had been dispatched. Really not serious.

Lengthy dispatch and insufficient communication

The labels do not wash out... I didn't make a claim for an order of 10, I ordered other labels from a competitor.

Classic labels are fine, but it's impossible to apply iron-on labels following the instructions.

The delivery was a real disaster, they took more than a week, they changed the delivery address unilaterally and then every day they delayed the delivery without any justification. The worst thing is that when I asked for help to solve the problem they did nothing. Finally I had to pick up the package in an unknown office far away from my home.

The gourd is great, although a bit heavy for our daughter's schoolbag. we were very disappointed with the snack box, which was just a sticker. For the price, I didn't think that would be the case.

This isn't the first time I've ordered here. Last year, everything went well, the font was quite small, but the labels held well (some came off, but only after several washes). This year, however, even though the font is slightly larger and more legible, the labels don't stick properly. I often find them and have to systematically check that the clothes are marked before going to the nursery. It's a shame, because the format is practical and the colors pleasant.

Very nice towels, but unfortunately they don't hold up after machine washing - too bad.

Unfortunately the label doesn't stick to the water bottle I brought. And has come off my son's shoes after wearing them. Won't be ordering them again. Found that some of the labels in the washing machine.

I am still waiting for the order from September 12th

I was a little disappointed with my purchase, especially for the direct-glue garment labels. After the first few washes, some of them were already peeling off, even though I had stuck them onto the garment label. The iron-on labels are very good, however, and so are the labels for objects!

My order never arrived, although the reimbursement was fast and without incident.

Disappointed with the delivery time. I paid an extra fee when ordering for fast delivery. Despite the fact that the delivery was supposed to be "express", the time indicated was far exceeded. I therefore paid 5 euros for a shipment that arrived at the timing of a "normal" order.

Arrived later than indicated, unable to keep track of the package. The shoe stickers stick worse than other years and we have already lost 2 pairs.

The rendering is great but disappointed as soon as the promises were not kept, I paid more to be delivered in 48 hours and it was not respected at all.

Very fast shipping. Nice design, but the labels don't stick, they go in the wash and dryer!

After my 1st order 1 year ago, I re-ordered for back-to-school, and this time I'm a bit disappointed. The labels don't hold up as well as the first time.

The labels don't seem as hard as they have in the past… I followed the instructions of no wash or wear for 24 hours but had a couple start to peel off…

Disappointed for the price, would need to hire someone to supervise the person doing the assembly.

I had a good first experience with these labels but the quality dropped with those of my last order, half of the iron-on labels peeled off after only one wash, considering the price, it's not worth it.

I emailed but haven't had a response. The stickers are good and we really like them, however the iron on stickers all peeled off after a few days at school. (This is before I had even washed them and I followed all care instructions) I believe I may have had a bad batch as the stickers are good.

I order from them every year. Unfortunately this year I was disappointed. Sending the 4 notebooks would have required a more rigid envelope. The package I received was in terrible condition. I had pickup relay problems. We ask customer service for information but they take a long time to reply. We don't understand why there is so much time between dispatch and receipt. In short, this time will probably be the last.

The normal labels and the iron-on labels are great, but I'm a bit disappointed with the customizable gourd. It's the first day that my son is taking it to school and the name has already been removed.

I liked how cute the designs where and how easy to design and iron in, however some of the labels I have ironed in have came out or come loose and the children's uniforms have been washed 5-7 times maximum, quite disappointed

The labels are very beautiful and of high quality. The selection of colors and motifs is also satisfactory. However, shipping took a very long time.

Not very well glued

Last time I ordered I thought the labels were nicer 🙁

This is the second time I've ordered. I had paid for my order to be delivered as soon as possible but my order was delayed due to a shortage of a gourd stopper but their customer service reimbursed me and even asked me if I wanted another color of gourd stopper. I think it's great. I think it's great. In any case, their products are always so good ????. I recommend them!

Very cute labels and well printed BUT after a week the shoe labels had fallen off both pairs of shoes I had added them to. Wouldn't buy them again. This is after years of using a different brand - they were impossible to remove.
