PERFECT! Slight issue with the reception of an item. I made a request, they responded in less than 24 hours and resent a new item. Their product, their promotion, their treatment, delivery... everything is great. And for the item with the small defect that they changed for me, well, it happens! and it's really not a big deal

The labels may be pretty but impossible to peel off the paper. This is the first time this has happened as this is my third order.

The product is great but the website should say clearly that it would take a week to arrive and is coming for France and next day delivery isn’t an option. The labels arrived a week after I needed them for camp
