I ordered labels 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived.

I placed my order on august 18th and here we are on september 4th and i still have nothing!!!! i ordered on purpose mid august to be sure to have them for back to school but i have nothing...

I still have not received my order!

I bought the iron-on labels for my 3 year old son's clothes. And I'm very disappointed. After following all the instructions, the labels came off in the 1st wash. Or even without washing, when dressing my son, the label stayed in my hands. I absolutely don't recommend it!

Not because of the quality of the products is that I have not received my order so I can't evaluate the quality

I have had to requests to review this brand pity my order still isn't here!!!

I haven't received my order since August 19.

I still haven't received my labels. I only received the lunch boxes and the mug.

I simply did not receive my order. Yet this was the 3rd year I ordered...

I never received it and I don't know where to contact them, and of course they're paid.

Very disappointed: the iron-on labels for clothes went off in the 1st wash at 30c. Despite having followed the user guide (iron at maximum - 200c - linen/cotton position - no steam / press for 12 seconds with the greaseproof paper supplied)...... Textiles are suitable for ironing. In short! My label: "Nothing is marked and everything is lost"........

I still haven't received my order and it's impossible to contact you (unsatisfactory automatic e-mail response). I managed to get someone on the phone who didn't take my request seriously at all, saying that it was the post office's fault. I still haven't received the gift for Saturday and I haven't received the labels for the beginning of the school year, even though I'd allowed enough time.

I purchased your labels on 23/08 and to date they have yet to arrive.

Order said shipped on my account, I received your request for notice but I still do not have my order!

It's been 20 days since I ordered the labels, I'm still waiting even after having claimed them, I hope I don't have the same problems to get my money back, it's a shame because the labels seemed worth it, I think they should change the delivery mechanism if only for customer satisfaction....

Long time lag from dispatch to actually receiving product. When items finally arrived some stickers actually missing from the ëschool pack'. Company still not responded to email. Would not use again or recommend. Highly expensive for poor unreliable service.

Hello My order for 3 water bottles with my grandchildren's names on them, which was supposed to be shipped in 24 or 48 hours, was not delivered 1 1/2 months later without a word to keep us waiting.

Still not received my order which I placed on the 19th August. I was told to give it upto 10 working days which has now passed and still nothing. I am so disappointed as my daughter goes back to school tomorrow without the labels. Company now not responding to emails.

I'm still waiting for my order so I can only be dissatisfied? It's back to school so I have no use for your labels. I left an email but no reply.

Item still not received over 4 weeks later and terrible communication from company. My son starts school in 2 days without his clothes labelled - very frustrating. I would suggest using a different company.

I tried the stickers a while back and they were ok for a bit, but eventually fell off in the washing machine. This September I tried the iron on ones and a few actually melted! Won't be using again!

The little princess on the label comes out completely flattened. The result is really not pretty!

Iron-on labels don't stick to almost any fabric... They don't work on T-shirts, jeans, sweaters etc... The only label I managed to stick was on a "pilou-pilou" blanket. For your information, I use a LAURASTAR central unit in LIN/200°c mode, and I follow the instructions to the letter. Very disappointed

This is not what I ordered.

They did not arrive on time, I could not get them on time.

I placed an order for labels on August 24 for my children's first day of school. It's now September 03 and I still haven't received anything, even though it's supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. I contacted customer service yesterday and got an answering machine. I left a message explaining my problem and they still haven't called me back. Suffice to say, I'm not at all satisfied.
