Very good order processing, but this time the quality of the labels is not so good, the ink doesn't wash well and they come off quite easily, unlike my previous orders.

Great product, but a bit expensive.

I purchased both stickers and a thermal water bottle. It was a lot of fun to customize it with my son; the site offers endless variations. The heat stickers have held up for the most part, but some on have come off, despite the fact that I applied the same technique to apply them. The water bottle is the sore point. Great product, but I couldn't explain why he was proposing to buy additional caps, since the water bottle, considering shipping, was almost 30. I understood it when, after only two days, the cap( made of very poor plastic), broke. I bought two more (12!!!) with the same result. I recommend the labels, but the water bottles are to be avoided.

It was not the first time I placed an order, so I expected the same waiting time the last time, on the third day I received my labels, but this last time it has taken 5 days!!!! (I placed the order on a Sunday and they arrived on Friday) And I am outraged because I left them a message on the answering machine to which they did not answer me. And I asked for the labels because I needed it by the fourth day at the latest, not the fifth day. On the official website it says it will be at home in 48 hours.

The labels for personalizing things are very nice and practical, those, on the other hand, for personalizing fabrics (which are attached with an iron) do not yield well after a few washes.

They are fine. The thermo-adhesive labels lose color after washing, but the adhesive labels are as good as the first day.

Poor quality product. Very disappointed. The labels come off on all fabrics, even though the instructions for applying them were followed to the letter. I've given up trying to apply them.

Hello Half satisfied the stickers are more resistant than the thermocolkants. Some faded in the wash and others peeled off after 3 washes. Too bad

The labels are very nice but they do not last very long. I have tried thermo adhesive and self-adhesive labels and they peel off and break very easily. I bought them for my son's kindergarten clothes and many of them were already peeled off after the first wash.

Stickers not strong like made by my name tag , a bit disappointed as made big order, the ones in the shoe are moving , and the ones on uniform coming off after wash, gd for plastic bottle calculator or pencil though

He is going to the second wash

On this occasion I have only given 3 stars due to an order mix up where I was sent somebody else's labels. I didn't like this as worried me somebody else had my child's name. I had to call twice to get this rectified & was offered no compensation/ discount for the mix up. However previous experiences have been very good.

Even after More than 2 days with the name sticker on most of them came off in the wash even one came of her gym shoes so will be going back to the plan iron on ones

Very disappointed with my purchase. The labels are nice, but once they're stuck on with an iron, as soon as the clothes go into the washing machine, they're all gone. I don't even want to try anything else, so too bad.

I found the stickers very difficult to remove from the backing... other than that, they are perfect and well worth the money.

The stickers for clothing labels do not stick well at all- came off even without washing.

THE PATTERNS ON THE BOTTLES ARE VERY WELL TRANSFERRED, GIVING A GOOD RENDER. On the other hand, in terms of quality/price, I'm disappointed. I bought two bottles and two months later I had to buy two caps with shipping costs of course! Then one of the caps failed again. Finally, the safety opening is a good idea, but difficult to grasp for small hands. The diameter of the gourd is quite large, so it would have been preferable if it had been thinner, given that it's a product intended for children. To sum up with the shipping costs, I find the price a little high and I wouldn't repeat this purchase for myself or as a gift for this product, which I thought was very attractive.

The label holds up well, although after several washes the premonition fades a little, but for the price you shouldn't ask too much.

EASY TO ORDER. ARRIVED QUITE FAST. WELL PRESENTED. VERY NICE. GOOD QUALITY. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TRACKING CODE FROM THE BEGINNING.

The labels did not attach as instructed and after seeking help I was advised the iron was not hot enough even though I had followed instructions originally given. I redid all the labels reluctantly and even now they peel off and have ripped. I will not be using these products again or recommend them.

I received my order 15 days later, after complaining 2 times. Even so, they delivered the order twice, without any cost for the second one.

Despite having followed the instructions for sticking the labels on my baby's clothes, they don't stick. The service is top notch, fast, and the labels are beautiful, but the bulk of what is asked for is not good for me 🙁 Too bad...

Goods as described and of top quality but delivery times not as stated

The iron-on labels are great, but the adhesive labels were not easy to remove and broke several times. Response to "It's mine": The problem wasn't the removal itself - about halfway through, the sticker tore and broke. The perforation for peeling off was not continuous and that's why these problems occurred. The stickers themselves are great and dishwasher-safe, but at least 3 out of 4 broke and that's a lousy rate! And we were really careful!

Cool and practical labels. The printing of the texts, typographies, the way it is shown on the screen and how it finally looks like, to be improved.
