PERFECT FAST AND EFFICIENT

The camp kits, school kits, etc. are very useful. This is the second year I've used them for my 4 children, and we use all the labels. They last a long time after several months, the labels are still there on the garment even though the child has grown! Which leads me to personalize less. Thanks, it's my label 🙂

Item never received

Unfortunately, the first labels I ordered did not arrive. However, I was quickly helped on request and offered a free replacement delivery. These were then delivered to me quickly. The labels are great. Many thanks for the friendly and uncomplicated customer service.

The quality of the products is very good. This time I placed two orders at the same time, they shipped them to me on the same day but one of them did not arrive. I don't know if on my report they remade it and sent it back, either way it arrived late but it arrived. In this last order that did not arrive I had ordered stickers for items for my son and two classmates as end-of-school gifts. Too bad the stickers, intended for three different people, arrived taped together in one envelope despite the fact that I had bought two gift envelopes(at 2.50 each) to insert the labels to give to the classmates. Probably an oversight or, perhaps, having had to reprint it Because I didn't get it they decided to combine them to waste less material.
