They make misleading communication. It seems that in 48 hours you will have the labels (I didn't need them so urgently) and today, two weeks later, I still don't have them... they deliver the package to the post office in France in 48 hours and from there...

Pretty, practical labels, really great, especially when you have several children !!!!

Order placed on August 12, early September and still nothing received!

Label sticks with difficulty despite following the instructions and re-sticks with the first wash. I don't recommend it at all

I still didn't receive the shipment after 10 days of it being dispatched. I have been asking for the tracking number continuously and did not get it.

Very few stickers, both for clothes and objects for a price quite high in my opinion! The different sizes of stickers do not fit the clothes and objects of my 4 month old baby! One positive thing to note is that the colors, drawings and letters are very nice, the combination too. Your response was very "silly" on your part! Obviously I placed orders with the supposedly adequate measures in a "nursery pack" ANOTHER THING AND VERY IMPORTANT (for the improvement of the product in the future) THE THERMOADESIVE STICKERS ARE COMING OFF ALL OF MY CHILD'S ROPES AND TOYS. THE TRUTH IS THAT THE PURCHASE WAS A FAILURE.

I'm very disappointed I never got my parcel and I never got a reply to the email I sent to report it. This doesn't even deserve a star!

Unsustainable delay of clothing labels

When I placed my order, I changed the delivery address (as I had moved house) but due to a bug or something, the old address was taken into account. I realized this immediately and notified the company. But every time I exchanged emails, I was dealing with 1 different person, and before I could sort out the address problem, my order was gone. I'm still waiting, and tomorrow my son goes back to school, so I had to buy a labeller to put his name on his things.

I haven't received my order ... it's been 10 days since I ordered ... I contacted customer service who asked me to be patient ... no tracking number ... disappointed ... I contacted your contact email address ... to date no response ...

I placed my order on August 18 and I still haven't received anything. The new school year starts tomorrow, so there's no point in receiving an order to label objects that will be at school. I do not recommend this company.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and the order has not been received. After the first contact I was asked to wait another week, now my mail is no longer answered. Money has not been refunded.

Labels do not fit on pencils.... Very disappointed...

I placed the order on August 13 and a week later I received only half of the stickers I had bought in the pack. They told me it was a mistake and that they would send me the missing ones but today August 31 they still have not arrived, and on Monday my son will not have his things marked in time to go to kindergarten because of their mistake. I understand that they can make mistakes sometimes but they have to fix the mistakes faster, the shipment can take up to 10 working days and if they make a mistake then more than 20, a shame. I hope they arrive next week and if not I will get my money back, even so I will not buy here again, because I have not had the order when I needed it.

As of today I still have not received the labels, not having a tracking number and not knowing when I will receive them does not seem to be a good option, especially with such long shipping periods.

Hello I am not happy with your company because I have been waiting for my order since it was shipped on August 21. School starts in 2 days. So imagine my disappointment. If I receive them later, I don't see the point.

I placed my order on 20/08, but on 31/08 I still hadn't received anything despite a confirmation of shipment on 20/08. So far, I'm disappointed with the delivery time.

I placed 2 orders on August 12 and still haven't received anything. And they give me an address that is not mine. I changed it when I placed my order and validated it. It's even written on my invoice. I'm not satisfied because no answer has been given and I'm still waiting for one. Soon it will be time to go home and I have nothing to mark my son's things. Bad experience. I can't get them to stick. I have tried with different irons and on different garments. Not a single one has stuck.

It's been 20 days since I ordered labels and still nothing on the horizon. The reason is {bad address}, knowing that I've never before had problems receiving my mail because of my address. And now I'm on hold, I don't know if I'm finally going to receive these labels.... I've asked for them to be sent back to me or for my money to be refunded, but to date nothing has been done and no one from customer service has been able to reply. The only answers I get on my mailbox are to confirm the accuracy of my address (a never-ending story).

The order has still not arrived today August 30 since I placed the order on the 19th, leaving your facility on August 20.
