I have not received my order
I didn't receive my order so it would be zero stars.
As of today I still have not received the labels, not having a tracking number and not knowing when I will receive them does not seem to be a good option, especially with such long shipping periods.

Hello I am not happy with your company because I have been waiting for my order since it was shipped on August 21. School starts in 2 days. So imagine my disappointment. If I receive them later, I don't see the point.
I placed my order on 20/08, but on 31/08 I still hadn't received anything despite a confirmation of shipment on 20/08. So far, I'm disappointed with the delivery time.

I placed 2 orders on August 12 and still haven't received anything. And they give me an address that is not mine. I changed it when I placed my order and validated it. It's even written on my invoice. I'm not satisfied because no answer has been given and I'm still waiting for one. Soon it will be time to go home and I have nothing to mark my son's things. Very very disappointed

It's been 20 days since I ordered labels and still nothing on the horizon. The reason is {bad address}, knowing that I've never before had problems receiving my mail because of my address. And now I'm on hold, I don't know if I'm finally going to receive these labels.... I've asked for them to be sent back to me or for my money to be refunded, but to date nothing has been done and no one from customer service has been able to reply. The only answers I get on my mailbox are to confirm the accuracy of my address (a never-ending story).
The order has still not arrived today August 30 since I placed the order on the 19th, leaving your facility on August 20.

Following an order error, I wanted to cancel directly. I contacted the service, and they answered the first time the next day to ask for the order number. I answered immediately. They replied the next day to tell me that the order had left this morning. If the problem had been dealt with at once, I could have placed another order. I then went through ludilabel!
