Cool and practical labels. The printing of the texts, typographies, the way it is shown on the screen and how it finally looks like, to be improved.

Lovely stickers and good quality, but the shoe insole stickers worn within a month

The labels come off after the first or second wash.

Several labels were not precut, but customer service was responsive.

I would put some more labels for objects, and a little bit bigger, but well, they are pretty good.

Very fast service: I received my labels 2-3 days after ordering them! Super cute and highly customizable labels. However, they don't always hold very well and (perhaps obviously) crack with the elasticity of the fabrics 🙁 For me, the experience and service are great, but the products could be of better quality.

Delivery came quickly and is fine, it's just a shame that I couldn't just enter the name of the birth

The product is great but for 2-3 10 sticker sheets waiting almost a month for delivery is too long for me. I'll think twice about ordering from you again.

The product is nice but the customer service is terrible. Erroneous shipments and many kind emails but "empty" in content to provide solutions. In addition, the first time the product fell out of my hands it broke. I think that in a product designed for children that should not happen. And what is most annoying is that they treat the customer as a fool. They keep saying that I was not at home when they delivered the package when the delivery was made to an office with a receptionist from 7:00 to 22:00h. I doubt that the post office was outside these hours....

I have purchased the iron on clothing labels in the past & had no problems with them staying on the clothes. The recent labels I have purchased once the item has been in the wash the labels just fall off. Very disappointed.

The delivery time was much longer than the first order I placed. Also, the quality doesn't seem the same to me. The labels from the second order peel off after the first or second wash, some of them deteriorate when you do the initial gluing process, following the instructions to the letter. With the labels from the first order, I have never had any problems.

Some of the labels have already fallen off your garments where we ironed them.

They are very nice and come in very well but I have had several problems because they do not adapt well to most of the fabrics I have put them on.

Good, but things to improve The labels are easy to read, pretty, ... on top of that, perfect. It was indicated that you could put them in shoes and slippers, which is true, but in the end they fade very quickly, you can't see the inscription anymore. Then, when you stick them on the fabric, it sticks well if you do it on the label of the garment, if you do it on a place provided on a coat for example, it sticks less well. And if you apply them directly to the fabric, they often come off after a few washes. Next time, I might opt for the iron-on version, but if it's more of a hassle to apply to the whole garment, the self-adhesive aspect was a real plus.

I like the style and I have bought many times but the customer service is regular. One of the times the order came wrong and they doubted that it was true and did not send what was missing.

I'm a fan of the brand, but I'm disappointed by the labels, which come off in the machine wash, which is a shame.
