I'm rather disappointed because I found all the iron-on labels in the washing machine. However, I read the instructions carefully and followed them.

I had a problem which they've sorted straight away. The labels are brilliant I'd highly recommend

The stickers are very nice. We loved the large selection of designs. I can't yet say anything about the quality after washing. I have to deduct one star because the stickers are not so easy to remove from the film and are less varied than the ones we already have from another supplier.

Fast delivery. I can recommend the name stickers, you can stick them anywhere on any item of clothing. Machine washable even at 90 degrees.

Fatal. Since May 24 I placed the order, and today, June 18, it still hasn't arrived.

It's been 1 month since I placed my order and I still haven't received anything.

We always us Petit-Fernand for personalised labels, they are amazing quality! We have never had a label fall off of clothing or shoes and we use both iron in and stick on and have for years. Always quick delivery too and my kids love to pick the colours and animals to have on them.

Unfortunately, I am not yet able to write a review because 18 days after ordering I have not yet received the product. I purchased from italy but it did not say on the website that outside France the delivery time was several days longer. Only after making the payment in the confirmation email was I warned that the time could be up to 10 working days. It has now been 18 and I have still not received anything. By the way, the labels ordered were for an event that already passed so I won't make any more of them if and when they arrive.

Perfect size for children's clothing! Love how you can choose your own pictures and font to make them personal. Super easy to use , and very quick delivery!

I received my order very quickly. The labels are very pretty and seem to be of high quality. All that's left now is to put them on the clothes for back-to-school!

Not wash-resistant

I placed an order which never arrived, I sent an e-mail, they replied immediately and offered to send me a second parcel at the company's expense, which I accepted. After several days, I still hadn't heard from them, so I e-mailed them 2 more times but got no answer, so I had to call them to get an answer. In the end I got a lovely young woman who did what was necessary, but waiting without any reply to my e-mails was a source of stress. Today my parcel arrived as promised by the person I spoke to on the phone and I'm delighted with my purchase.

Very practical little labels! And they're so cute, my daughter really likes them. All her belongings (clothes and objects) have her name on them for the discovery class. I recommend this site.
