I ordered from Esistmeins about two months ago. Unfortunately, my internet connection was interrupted during payment with Klarna and I immediately contacted customer service. I received bank transfer details to which I then transferred the money, but unfortunately the merchant didn't receive enough money due to the foreign bank transfer (which nobody told me beforehand). So I informed them that we would cancel the order and I would get my money back and then order again. Two months later, despite constant requests, I still haven't received my money back and I am being asked to prove my payment, even though it was confirmed to me some time ago. I have also already sent a bank statement. As this is fraud, I would like to warn other people about this company!

I have not received my order of August 18, which was supposedly dispatched on August 19. I have contacted customer service twice by e-mail. I was told to wait until September 3 before contacting them again to find a solution. This is unacceptable, my daughter is coming home on September 3. What do I do? I do not recommend this site. The label is always perfect. But I ordered for the 1st time a water bottle > Bad quality of the stopper of the water bottle which broke with the 2nd use. Considering the price... Plus forgot to deliver the 2nd stopper which was ordered and paid for.
