I would like to comment that you should evaluate the time it takes for an order to arrive in the Canary Islands, since I made a purchase on August 4th and it arrived on the 23rd, especially for notifying the customer of the approximate delivery time? I had to call on the 20th to check the status of the order ?? and the customer service (excellent) proceeded to resend it, as it had exceeded the delivery time and we thought it could have been lost ?? I've ordered labels, a lunch box, a water bottle and a bag for my change of clothes for school. So far I'm delighted with the labels and I love the lunch box, just a little big I think. It would be interesting to make a snack box for kindergarteners. The gourd is great but the opening is not so easy for kindergarteners, I'd like a simpler version. The drawings are perfect as chosen I unfortunately had a writing defect on the fabric bag, but I thank you for sending me one at your expense. This was a very professional gesture.
