Its not arrived yet

I have not received my order and am waiting for it to be shipped or for my payment to be refunded.

I placed the order two weeks ago and it has not yet arrived.

Label never received, customer service walks me around saying I'll receive them order made and shipped for at least 3 weeks ... in 1 week it's back to school still no label received but well paid though.

I placed an order and 18 days later I still haven't received it. They give me no explanation.

Very slow, I placed my order on August 14 and it is now August 25 and I still haven't heard anything.

I cannot evaluate a product that has not yet arrived and is not traceable. It's been two more weeks and nothing. I've been ripped off, don't buy from these guys. I will proceed with a complaint to the authorities.

The price is good, unfortunately the stickers are not. 6 days !!! (supposedly 24 hours is enough) before use and all but 3 are off.

I did not receive what I expected and had designed. I designed stickers with unicorns and there was a problem and I received the stickers without drawings.

Order placed on August 13th, impossible to evaluate as nothing received on the 25th.

The kindergarten set arrived with 3 heat-sealable boards missing. So I recommend what I'm missing with the code given. And there again an error one of the three boards is not ours .... twice in a row it's too much ... too bad, the concept was nice, but I think the team needs reinforcements....

I was supposed to receive it in two days according to the advertisement, it's been almost two weeks and I'm still waiting.

Some oversights in the order and instead of sending the missing labels it offers a voucher to be used before "yesterday".

We have not received the order we placed about two weeks ago. I am very disappointed.

Lack of commercial sense. They forgot to send me some of the labels I ordered, and instead of sending me back the missing ones or refunding me, they demand that I place a new order of at least 25 to qualify for a discount.

I made a mistake between the self-adhesive labels and the termo-adhesive labels. Only 1 minute after the validation of the order and the online payment I sent an email to cancel my order or replace the labels and I received a response message 2 days later unacceptable "your order is already produced and shipped we can not ...." so the error is not allowed on your site. Customer service is not responsive. I do not recommend!
